Sliding Door Installation
Roscoe installed a bay window in my kitchen and sliding glass doors in our family room and he did various other jobs for us. His work is excellent. He is my first choice contractor. He repaired a door that 2 other contractors couldn't figure out. His pricing was very reasonable.

I tried to have thermal tite come and fix what needed to be fixed, on the work I hired him for, from that point he was rude and did not want to hear anything, did not stand behind his work, I was charged for work that wasn't done, he tried to make it seem that the work WAS DONE, pictures do not lie. I would not recommend thermat tite to anyone.

I HIRED ROSCO OVER A YEAR AGO I APOLGIZE FOR THIS LATE REVIEW. HE INSTALLED A KITCHEN DOOR AND STORM DOOR FOR ME. I REQUESTED A QUOTE ONLINE ON A SUNDAY MORNING. HE CALLED ME WITHIN 2 HOURS WHO DOES THAT TODAY. HE CAME OUT THAT WEEK GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE THE TYPE OF DOORS TO INSTALL, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS MAN, HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WAS HERE TILL AFTER 7PM TO GET THE JOB DONE AND A YEAR LATER THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS. THANK YOU ROSCOE HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU& THANKS AGAIN!!!

Doors (Interior) Installation and Replacement
Started this Project 1-16 not done correctly, now 5-16 Took my money won't return my calls or home advisers. Doors not installed properly. Ceilings messed up, Took a moulding to cut from my hallway, never returned it. I have called and emailed him. He installed 7 bi fold closet Doors floor to ceiling. Special order. After five months, 3 Visits the doors do not open and close they fall out of the track, Not cut right. new tracks not installed . it was a 2500 dollar job he only takes cash. So Don't trust this guy,, I assure you its the worse thing that could happen and it did, he took me and messed up my home.

"The customer chosen these doors , I install 5 sets of Bi fold doors (2-twins and 3-singles) The doors where operating correctly told customer to paint them while they are in the opening. Customer thought he new more then me took the doors out and painted them and then the customer install them by jamming them in the track. After going out there , I honor my warranty. I went out there to look at the doors Customer jam the doors in the tracks bent the tracks and spread the door skins.You have a home owner taking out bi fold doors and painting them .Which he did not want the factory to do trying to save a buck. All I want to do is give the customer a track or two that he destroy and give him his piece of base trim back I would like to install it for him or leave it for him"

Roscoe was very professional, prompt, and courteous. He completed the job according to specifications and in a timely and focused manner. He was careful, neat, and fastidious in cleaning up when the job was done. A neighbor saw his work afterwards and asked for his contact information. I would definitely hire him again.

Roscoe was very quick to respond to my request. He went over to the house to measure the door that day and, since it was an odd size, told me how to get the door I needed. The job was done beautifully and I even got a thank you card for the business. On the whole, it was a real class act.
