This review link wouldn't let me list the correct repair. It was HVAC repair after initial installation. Austin is a great tech and gives clear information on cause and solution.

Mr. Jones did a good job and explained quite a few things without being asked. Really appreciated. He was limping because of a torn leg muscle but still managed to put the shoe cover on. Quite a gentleman. The company needs to hire more people like him

Great communication from the company and the technicians about when they were arriving, etc., and they could even be tracked on an app. The team that dealt with the removal and installation were very professional and did a great job in keeping us informed about progress.

Thermo Direct replied quickly and was able to perform the services I required. I would recommend them to anyone that requires the services of a plumber.

Thermo Direct installed a HVAC for me donated by Resources for Seniors. A friend of theirs who works at RFS, gave them the bid. I thought that was illegal but it was done. The unit never has worked from the day of installation. They had to jerry-rig it to keep it from shutting off. The receptionist asked if I knew how to work the thermostat? It turned out the unit was shutting off as a safety. The water was backflowing into the unit. To stop this action, it would shut down. They tilted it to stop the backlog. It has never cooled properly and required maintenance often. Deryk Lynn would come sometimes because he was at the time, the only licensed tech and everyone else worked under his license. I was charged for parts that were under warranty (the warranty is good for 10 years) and labor 1 year. My warranty on the parts doesn't expire until 2028. They're expensive, unprofessional and will not honor their word. I could go on but space won't allow.

Our project manager Michael Tuck was super knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of our HVAC installation. The job was completed exactly as described.

From beginning to end of this process, Thermo Direct was outstanding! I had 2 other estimates done. My first choice, based on Nextdoor reviews, Arctic Air showed up smoking a cigarette. Continued to smoke while looking at my HVAC. Very unprofessional. Never received my estimate. Said their email was having issues at the time. It's been a month now and I've never heard back. 2nd company had a great salesman and prices but, they were referred to me from Angi's list and when I checked their reviews, they were terrrible. So, I called Thermo Direct. Eddie Blanchard was very informative and thorough. He made sure to follow up via calls and texts and was always available if I had any questions. In fact, I almost didn't use Thermo Direct as I'd found reviews for ThermoAC and they were awful reviews. When I told Eddie this, he pointed out their 4.7 star rating.
