Your company do not respect people time. I made an appointment on Wednesday 11/12/25 for a tech to come to the property on Saturday 11/15/25. My septic tank was full and I wanted them to check my field drain. The tech confirmed the appointment. When Saturday arrived, the tech confirmed that they will be at the property in 30 minutes. I spent the whole entire day at the property and the tech never showed up. I called and text numerous times and no one never responded back to my text or answer my phone calls. This is very inconsiderate and disrespectful. All you have to do is communicate with your clients. Instead of having your client spend all day waiting on someone that never showed up.
