ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 10/14/20: Victor was very professional as well as stayed in touch through every step of the process. Great communication and can easily talk to the friendly crew as well. Always concerned with the quality and stayed on top of any problems. Would recommend it to friends and family. Update 3/15/2021: After our roof was complete, we suffered Hurricane damage that took several shingles off of our roof. We originally paid 13,500 for the re-roofing job. After the storm, he offered to fix the problem for another 2,500-3,000 dollars. We finally got someone out to fix it for substantially less and they informed us that we lost shingles as a result of rotten wood being left on the roof when they did it, even though our proposal specifically stated woodwork repair. Upon realizing rotten wood was left on the roof, he offered to repair it at no cost to us. However, every time he said he would come, he did not show up. He first said he would try to make it out on March 3rd which he did not call or show. Then he stated he would come out Thursday, March 11th, and also did not call or show. I would not recommend them!

Victor was very prompt and professional. Called me within minutes and started the job one day later. Travis did a great job repairing and installing my roofs. He did two buildings. I will use them again if I need a roofing job.

Victor was very honest and upfront with all the problems that I had. He beat 4 out of 5 of the businesses in my area for pricing and I live in Lake Charles and he lives in Lafayette. That is a good distance that he had to drive. He was very thorough and explained everythiing so I could understand. I highly recommend him.

They are coming back to work on roof

Although it was a small repair they responded quickly to inspect roof and complete repairs. Price was much less than I expected and looks great. Manager took the time to explain what caused my problem and how they solved it. Totally satisfied and will recommend this company to friends and family.

all fazes of the job, from inspection of the roof, inside and out, for possible problems to the installation of the new roof was done in a very professional and timely manner. Great about calling once the Home Advisor request put in, but did not show when he said he would. Had to call several times to verify he was coming. Once metal roof was repaired, 2 1/2 weeks after initial call, had to wait for rain to see if there were any leakage. 4 weeks after roof repaired, had first major rain. Major leakage occurred. I have called and texted several times to get him to come back out. At first, he answered my call because he did not know who I was. Said he would be out within a day or two. That was 2 weeks ago. Now, he does not answer my text or calls. Very disappointed in his service and communication. Would not recommend this company.

Did not communicate well. He had joss and did not communicate when he could start plainly until we called you.

Prompt. Came when he said he would. Finished the job quickly. Took pictures of the job before and after to show me the work.

He did a very good job, but I felt he was a little expensive.

OMG!! Excellent service, value for your money, personable, informative, knowledgeable in his business, the product, etc. I can’t say enough things about Victor Simon, and he’s the owner. To me, that speaks volumes. He doesn’t sit back and let his crew do the jobs, he goes out and works too. I recommend him and his business, Thib’s Roofing. Fantastic job!!
