Complete Home Inspection
I hired Thin Line to inspect a property I was in contract to purchase. The first home, Pete and Ryan were there for 3 hours and were meticulous with their inspection and explanations. I was very impressed and learned so much. Ironically, due to the rude neighbor we encountered (plus the amount of repairs needed that the inspection revealed), I decided not to buy the first property. I felt terrible about their time wasted and the neighbor encounter, but Pete and Ryan were truly understanding. So upon finding another property, I contracted with them again immediately. They were prompt, professional and so easy going. If you havenâ t hired ThinLine to do your inspection, big mistake. I highly recommend! (Fyi, I did purchase the 2nd property and felt good about it thanks to Pete and Ryan!)

After recently taking over the caretaking responsibilities of family owned property, I asked Pete to come out to perform an inspection and I couldn t be more pleased with his work. Complete Home Inspection
Pete Lim did an excellent job responding to my situation in a pinch. I planned on purchasing a home, and there was an issue with flooding in the basement. Pete was empathetic and courteous on the phone, and offered advice well before coming out to the site location. He catered to my strict time limit (due to my closing date) and came to the location to provide a home inspection/source of leak analysis. He found traces of water that the seller's contractor did not. He also provided me with practical solutions to the issue that were cost effective. His strength is his practical perspective and providing multiple solutions to options. He is realistic in his delivery and fair. I'm thankful for his service.

First off, it s great to work with a veteran owned and small family business. That s what first attracted us to Thin Line. Pete and Ryan were great! As first time home buyers we were pretty clueless about what we are doing and what we should be looking for. They took the time to explain extremely important things and point out things we should know about all while maintaining the up most professionalism. We would highly recommended them for first time home buyers and or any home buyers. Hope to work with them down the road.
