Bryan was clear and practical about what needed to be done and what he ultimately did to fix the A/C issue. He did not up-sell at any time. He did not pressure to get this or that fixed before it quits functioning. His fix charge was just the service charge of $69.99. That guy is a rare bird. He is a quality guy.

Two young men inspected and cleaned my AC unit thoroughly. I had a leak and they spent time cleaning and inspecting AC thoroughly inside and outside units. They correctly determined the commercial type filter I used on my unit may have caused a malfunction. I have since been using the correct filter and had no problems since then. Wonderfully after a thorough job, I was only charged the basic fee.

My A/C was out. Temp climbed up to 87 in the house on a very hot day in July. I have a home warranty. They came out and "fixed" the A/C once about 4 weeks ago, then this issue happened. When i spoke with the warranty company to get them to send someone out again, they said it would take 5 days to get someone out again. Of course they waited until almost 6:00 pm to tell me this. I contacted Think Kool, not only was he able to come out TODAY, but he said he would be at my house by 8:00. As soon as he was there, he took one look at the A/C unit and knew the issue. Fixed it with no trouble and also noticed some things the other company didn't even see. He blew out the drain line and gave me some advice for the rest of the season. I cannot recommend Think Kool enough. If you need A/C work done ASAP and done right, call Think Kool. I don't intend to use any other A/C guy again.

Brian is a true professional. He knows the A/C system inside out. He immediately narrowed down the cause of my A/C not turning on to the A/C blower motor or the control assembly driving the motor. The motor was good and he found out the system was still under warranty. I appreciated his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to check out the system warranty. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
