Greg arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our whirlpool side by side refrigerator. He came with the correct part to repair the problem. The refrigerator is humming along. Greg was very professional an knowledgeable. Fixed my stove and ice maker and also identified a plumbing issue I had with water getting to the ice maker. Also performed a simple fixed a second refrigerator in garage which will help me to correct on my own in the future. would recommend and use again for futre appliance repair.

Beginning with my initial call for service, I was very impressed Oracleâ s focus on providing excellent customer service. It was very easy communicating with Oracle. The repair and diagnosis were completed in a timely manner. Greg performed the repair. He was professional, courteous, and a very knowledgeable technician. Greg was very honest and straight forward with his assessment on my washer. He showed me what had gone wrong and gave me his honest opinion on repairing vs purchasing a new machine. He was very easy to work with and very respectful of my home. I would definitely give him a call again when the next appliance breaks.
