We hired Sean and his team to instal 4 garage doors on our 10,000 sqft tube steel building. I was referred to Sean by the salesman that I purchased my building from which made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly how to install the garage doors direct to the tube steel, and he did! We installed a 12x14, and 3 - 16x8, with one of them being a vertical lift door. We are happy with the doors that we received and thrilled with the installation. Really gives off the impression that he cares about his customers and will do whats right to keep the garage doors in good working order. Very easy to work with, A+ solid company.

Could not be happier with 3rd Gen Garages, love our new door! Everyone we talked to (thank you Mario!) was professional and polite, and the new door they installed exceeded our expectations on both look and energy efficiency. They communicated well throughout the project, fairly priced, never tried to upsell us on anything.
Most impressive was the turnaround: we called and got a rough estimate from them, they scheduled an appt to take measurements and get an exact quote, then the new door was installed a few days later—under a week from start to finish!

Sean, who is the owner of Third Gen garage doors is an awful person. The ?Wolf in sheep?s clothing?. He will talk a great story but does not deliver on his promises. Two of the garage doors had manufacturers defects that CHI was covering to have replaced. The problem is that it took over 3 years to get anything done on warrant. Then Sean wanted us to pay him $1600.00 to for the labor on warranty work! I called the main office of CHI and they said that ?he was just trying to rip you off, CHI covers all labor for warranty work?. I mentioned that to Sean and he proceeded to call me multiple vulgar names and that he wasn?t going to do anything to help us. What makes this extra bad is that Sean has been using photos of my house as the primary pictures on his website! I strongly recommend to stay far away from Third gen!

"Good morning Wade. This is simply not true at all and I'll explain it for everyone. We have completed 6 warranty trips and replaced the door once already. We didn't charge for any trips made. CHI was not going to pay us for the labor, that is a false statement. No where were we trying to rip anyone off. We were trying to pay employees as you must understand. You have expected everything for free years after the warranty is up. Contractors, please stear clear of these clients. Thank you."

Couldn't be happier with the garage door repair and service I got from Third Gen. Punctual, professional and skilled. Nice guys too. Mine was a tricky repair that, I think, not all repair men could have done. For them, It was no problem. The price was better than reasonable/expected. I kept their card and will only call Third Gen for future needs. I highly recommend them for any garage door repairs. I hope to get a new door in the future and I'll definitely be calling Third Gen for that too.

This company wat OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. They showed up when they said they would, did terrific work, cleaned up afterwards AND WERE LESS THAN HALF THE COST COSTCO QUOTED ME! Couldn't be more pleased and I highlyrecommend them.

The customer service that we received from Sean was above and beyond every other company that we looked into when pricing out doors. Pricing was better, and the personal service was amazing! He helped me to see what different doors could look like on my house. He and Grant were professional, prompt and worked their behinds off on a very hot day. We are so pleased and highly recommend them. We bought a new carriage style door and LOVE it!!

This company was wonderful. Sean made it very simple to get the type of door and opener installed, really fast. I haven't figured out how to turn on the light yet, button on the opener labeled "light" doesn't do anything. When I get time I will call and see how to fix that. Very satisfied with the look and they cleaned the space after installation, which is very appreciated.
