As an architect of many years I received proposals and interviewed several HVAC contractors for replacing our two old complete furnace and AC systems. I also looked at several manufacturers before we settled on the Daiken product line. In the midst of the Covid pandemic I can say that Denny has been exceptional and his diligence and persistence in getting the work done has really been appreciated. We have not yet had a lot of experience with the Daiken system yet but appreciate the great warranty and comfort knowing that Thirmo and Denny are standing by if we have any issues. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Although I was billed for a new 3/4 hp motor, installers removed the 6-yr-old motor from my old evaporation cooler and used it on my new $2,700 system. I discovered their deceit one month later when I opened the unit to check the float. After confronting the installer, he blamed the theft on his helper. Several days later, he delivered a new motor that I must install myself. If you hire this company, carefully inspect their work before you pay the bill.

Excellent job, clean up was done well and presentation was done well as well as the finalization on how to operate the equipment.

They worked until they discovered the problem which was a relatively simple oversight on the precious contractors work.

Initially selected due to competitive bid by knowledgeable account manager Frank. Installation of Heat Pump System went smooth. Air One subcontracted to a licensed electrical company to perform required upgrade to 200 amp service for house. The electrical company had performed several jobs well for Air One in the past. For some unknown reason they did not perform well on this job and were fired. Frank, representing the company, assured me that they would fix the electrical issues. They ensured that all damage caused by 220v and 110 v being cross-wired on the existing and new condensers was repaired at no cost to me. They pulled new wire and rerouted existing wiring to satisfy themselves that the job was done right. They ensured both the mechanical and electrical permits were obtained and passed final inspection. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. You really get to see the true nature of a company when things unexpectedly go awry. This company and it's people stand at the top of the list for their commitment to complete the job right. I highly recommend their business to others.

We had a particularly hard to define problem with our Lennox furnace. Brandon kept trouble shooting the furnace to try and find the problem. He spent a lot of hours trying to fix our furnace. The problem even stumped Lennox tech support. The problem was finally resolved and our furnace is working great. Brandon was very determined to help us and stayed until our furnace was fixed. He gave us a good break on the final bill, charging for only a couple of hours and for parts.

We just moved into a home in Los Lunas and wanted the heating system serviced/inspected before winter. Brandon came out and made sure everything was working properly and that there were no issues with the system. He was very personable and friendly and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Frank gave me what I thought was a great estimate based on the size of the house. An appointment was set up for the next week. The installer called to say he'd be 10 minutes late which made no difference to me. When Carlos arrived, he went right to work with some polite conversation. In all, the job was completed in 3 hours, much to my delight. Carlos cleaned the driveway and even swept the living room floor! I'd heartily recommend this firm.

Brandon did a good in diagnosing the problem and then following through in ordering the replacement part and installing it. I would recommend him and Air One.

They installed a new AC on a Trane heater, the estimator Frank, is very professional, very informative, knowledgeable about the field and product. He evaluated my home and my needs and provided me options based on the furnace I have. He did not try to over sell me. He explained to me in detail how it would work. He came back after the job was completed to make sure it was installed correctly and it was running right. Frank gave me my manuals, product information and warranties. The installers were professional, they knew what they were doing. A few items were not up to code and he had the installers take care of it and bring it up to code at no additional charge. I am so impressed with the professionalism from this company. I have referred him to several people and will do an annual contract with him to come out and service the unit for regular maintenance purposes. We talk to people on a daily basis and not always run into quality; but this company is top notch. They take pride in there work. I will refer them to everyone I talk to.

Frank, the estimator, is a true professional: polite, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. He evaluated my needs, did not try to over-sell me on products; explained what was needed to get the job done in a way I could understand. I was very impressed with him and his installers from start to finish of the job. The installed AC condenser and coil and everything necessary to an existing Trane furnace in an adobe home. They made sure they did not trample the existing insulation in the attic by moving it aside where they needed to step to reach the heating unit and then replacing it. Frank ensures that customers receive the highest quality of product and service. He returned to inspect the job after it was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services. As a matter of fact I am entering into an annual service contract with him to service an HVAC system I had installed by another company some years ago in a second home I own. There is no comparison in the service and workmanship from that job to this one. In fact, Frank noticed a few things that hadn't been installed correctly on the furnace they were going to add the AC to, and he had his guys fix those at not additional cost to me. You don't realize what QUALITY is until you experience the real thing. And AIR ONE is QUALITY at its finest! What a privilege to do business with true professionals!
