I had a great experience with Thirst AID. Our ice machine had completely stopped working and we were starting to worry about losing ice during a busy week. Darin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed faster than I expected. He explained what was wrong, cleaned everything up, and got the machine running like new again.
The ice is coming out clear, production is back to normal, and you can tell the machine is running way more efficiently now. It's hard to find people who really know these machines, but Thirst AID definitely does.
If your ice machine is giving you problems or just needs a good cleaning, I highly recommend calling Thirst AID. Honest, knowledgeable, and great service.
