The owner was very friendly. The workers did what they could and even did extra while waiting for another area to get ready to powerwash. They didn't follow up though or get back in touch about other projects needed so had to go with someone else to complete.

I hired Thomas Builders LLC to power wash and stain my fence. The fence is six years old and needed a touch up. The power washing was so excellent that the fence looked new when completed. The stain was chosen and a white picket fence look is now aesthetically complementary to the entire home decorum. The job went very well and the cost was fair. The owner ensures you are completely satisfied with the results and has superior customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone in my network of friends and family for achieving the result that you need for your home.

The business owner goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the result. We started with an interior painting project, then did a roof, drywall/plaster and finally an exterior painting job. I trust these guys to get done whatever the job is.

Dont ever give a contractor a deposit If they are in business they should be able to purchase materials

"we did the job for this customer he liked the work I checked with him on a day-to-day basis he had no complaints he also sent over a list of other jobs he would like me to estimate I always ask for a deposit at 50% down that covers material and labor I've done jobs in the past did not get paid for them when the job was completed I guess when I asked for the deposit he got upset he scored me very low on everything because of that"

Mr. Thomas and his crew of three have high expectations. The job of thoroughly power washing (multi-step process) and staining with several layers of our cabin, decks, porch and gazebo was outstanding. Will hire Mr. Thomas again.

Contacted Thomas Builders for work we needed done on our cabin in West Virginia. Jim Thomas came by the cabin, checked the several jobs we needed done and gave us a fair estimate for the work. We scheduled the job and Jim was on time and completed the work as scheduled. We were very happy with the quality of the work and clean up efforts done. Will definitely hire Thomas Builders for any future work we will need.

We initially hired them to paint two bedrooms, with the idea that if we were pleased with there work, we would hire them for more. Now they have completed a third bedroom and the hallway and foyer, and we are not done, as they will be painting our kitchen and dining room soon.

Mr. Thomas came quickly to evaluate what type of power washing was required. He said one mud room could not be power washed due to the electrical circuits. He came later on two days to check on his worker.

had the owner of this company come out and promise us work that did not take place. Tried to talk with the owner Jim to let him know that the work was not being done like he told us it would be done and he stop talking to us all together and sent in a third person who was caught in the middle and really did not know what was going on. I sent pics to show what the work look like and was told it needed more work. Once they came out they said the only way that the job could be done like Jim told us was we would have to pay more money. The last thing I wanted to do was give them more money because at that point I didn't feel Jim had been honest with us. I could have went and got a neighbor to help and got the same results that I got from this company.

"Thomas Builders went the extra mile to complete the work one the home of Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] to her satisfaction. Thomas Builders attempted to complete the work and was stopped by Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] who wanted the work completed in a manner that did not comply with county building code requirements. Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] wanted her roof level to look completely level, but doing so in the manner that Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] wanted it done would have compromised the drainage off the roof and the structural integrity of the roof. Thomas Builders communicated this with Mrs.[Consumer name withheld at their request]. Thomas Builders also sent a third party to explain and try to mediate the situation with Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] but no avail. Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] then decided to redo the project on her own in a manner not up to building code requirements. Thomas Builders completed almost the entire project and installed an extra door that was not part of the project for Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request]. Thomas Builders is owed $1000.00 for parts and labor on the project. Thomas Builders is also considering an action against Mrs. [Consumer name withheld at their request] for the unpaid balance and for slander."

I was extremely happy with their painting services. My oldest husky was very sick at that time and the painter assigned (specifically Albert) to do our project was kind enough to adjust his hours to my requests to delay his start on the last two days of the project and ended up staying very late to finish painting. I will hire them again for other painting projects.

We use these guys to maintain our business mall with multiple tenants in WV. These guys are great, Jim does a great job of getting me updates on how the work is going and is very proactive in letting me know of other work that might need to be done as I am not always at the business mall. Highly recommend these guys
