These ladies were bubbly, friendly, down to earth and very polite, yet still professional! I am not in the best physical condition right now to keep my home they way it needs to be kept, and they were very understanding and non-judgmental. My house is now practically dust-free and neatly organized. Thank you ladies for all the hard work!

The two ladies came by for a site visit and a quote. They were able to come back the next day. I left them alone to let them work. Came back a few hours later and had a clean house!

A very nice polite young couple arrived from the cleaning service. They spent almost 4 hours cleaning. They listened to my instructions and followed them. I plan on using the service again and I would recommend them.

My only contact was with Kim. She called me, showed up for our initial appointment on time, and came to work when scheduled not only on time but early. The company was hired to clean my vacation rental. The cost was $40 an hour for one person. Kim brought her young teen age daughter (maybe 13 years old) to help and did not charge me for her daughters services. I know the daughter did some assisting with cleaning; but also was on her phone a great deal. Kim explained she had brought her because she felt it was important to trainer her early in life the importance of a good work ethic and I had no problem with this. Kim cleaned as I instructed, but my current, but unavailable, cleaners are much faster. I usually have a 6 hour window between bookings to turn the house around and on this service, we had 4 hours, but I had already drained, cleaned, filled and hot tub, striped the beds, collected the used towels, done all the laundry and I assisted in the cleaning (which never happens with my current crew). I don't see anyway Kim and another adult cleaner could have met a 6 hour deadline. Of course then the cleaning would have cost for 2 adult cleaners $480 @ $40 a man hour, which would have to be passed to the customer and I know that would affect my ability to rent. Kim did not have her own transportation, her and her daughter were dropped off and when her ride returned before 2 PM, the people waiting for her in the car, got out and started playing basketball. I have a goal post and ball on site for the guests. While Kim's family was enjoying the basketball, my vacationers pulled up. Ideally when guests arrive anyone who they encounter on the property will be on the payroll, greeting them and not using the amenties meant for the guests. I am looking for a new cleaning service because my present cleaners, who charge under $30 hours have become less available and appear to be branching into other things and moving out of the cleaning business. At some point, they will either completely stop cleaning all together (probably giving me a months notice) or I will need to replace them and it would be better for me to pick that time than for them to pick it for me. As it seems it may take quite awhile to find a replacement. I would like to mention I called several individuals and companies for quotes and Thomas Cleaning was the only one that followed through. Kim was very easy to communicate with and the work she did was very good. Between my 2 vacation rentals, I need not just reliable but affordable cleaning. Between the hourly rate and the speed, I just don't see how Thomas Cleaning can work for business model and keep me competitive in the vacation rental industry.

The service was good and work completed on time. Person was nice and a pleasant experience having her clean our apartment. Cost of cleaning service is above the national average for size of our apartment. Will continue with this service.

Two people spent six hours each and many areas did not get cleaned.Cost was high for job done. Business cleaning is more there thing not home cleaning.Never talked to the boss.I was to get a statement by email but 3 days later no statement.Cost was high for job done. Would not regiment for home cleaning.

Mr Thomas' staff only cleaned half of the house, they vacuumed half the rooms, didn't dust, left some blinds up, didn't sweep completely or mop, left items in the middle of several room floors, then they lied to him about doing a walk though with my wife. (Never happened) When I complained to Mr Thomas, he became defensive. I asked them to come back and complete the job they didn't do, I never got a response for that request, BUT they did cash my $150 check that same day. I would recommend against them if you are looking for ANY level of customer service or courtesy. I am just now hearing from more and more people that this company will take your money and not perform the agreed services. We also just found out their niche is more along the lines of cleaning hotel rooms and are not very detail oriented. Reviews are limited online, and are from suspected personal friends, so BEWARE. We are small business owners and understand completely, the importance of customer service and satisfaction. This company does not have it.

They are coming back on regular basis. This was a good recommendation.

Workers were personable, efficient and paid attention to details. I will definitely use them again.

Owner is a little slow to work out the payment details (whether he will invoice, use a credit card etc.) So I ended up paying by check twice. Not much of an issue, i'm just not used to writing checks anymore. Workers were very diligent and did a very thorough job. They were very accommodating of my schedule.

They did a fantastic job as if it was their own I love them will use them over and over again very professional and the owner even came by on the first visit just to meet us They did a lot of "extras" I wasn't expecting!

I am getting ready to do some major upgrades to my house and in order to do this I had to have my attic cleaned out. There was 26 years of stuff up there. They ordered a dumpster and they brought everything down and went through it with my wife. Some stuff went to goodwill and the rest went to the dumpster. They came back the next day and took a shop-vac and cleaned up the areas where there was no insulation. It was not an easy job. Good people !
