Gary cleaned my AirBNB units. . Initially, we were pleased with his services, but as time went on we had increasing guest complaints about his work. Guests sent numerous photos of cleanliness concerns. When we decided to discontinue his services, he refused to respond to calls or texts. He also refused to return all my sheets, towels, and comforters. I would not use this business.

I hired this company, and they came to clean twice and did an excellent job. They were supposed to come back on a Friday sent me a text to let me know they would be coming and then there was no show from them, no text from them, no communication at all. I heard from all my neighbors that they had overbooked themselves and would no longer be coming to clean any of our houses. I think this is a terrible way to do business as they should have reached out personally to let me know they were not coming to my home anymore. Despite how their cleaning service was their customer service is not in line with a company that I would like to work with. Later, I discovered there were pictures of my hone taken without my consent and have asked to be taken down.
