We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would hire Thomas Custpm Builders again, any time. The team was extremely professional, always punctual, very neat, and finally on budget and on time even though there was a weather issue. Dave Holmes ensured that the counter installation was installed on a Saturday to keep the project on track. Rick and Dave were wonderful to deal with and they exceeded our expectations. Any minor issues were resolved promptly and professionally and the daily contractors were professional, hardworking and neat.

My experience with Thomas Custom Builders was great. They were on time, efficient, pleasant, - they listened to what i wanted and offered great suggestions. I was totally comfortable having them in my home and the work was great. The crew had clearly worked together for many years. They were very efficient, professional and knew their business.

The entire experience of working with Thomas Custom Builders was a pleasure - from our first meeting with Rick Thomas in the Spring of 2010 to looking at the finishing touches after the job was done. Rick�s quick grasp of what we were trying to accomplish was coupled with sage advice on what to aim for to keep the estimated cost right where we needed to be. His recommendation of a designer was perfect and gave us the detailed plans we needed. Dave�s meticulous attention to detail and supervision of the team provided a high quality, aesthetically pleasing final product. We had NO bad experiences with this contractor.

From the initial appointment to the final product, Rick and his staff were simply fantastic. Everyone we came into contact with for the duration of this project were professional, courteous, and the work area was always left clean and in order EVERY day. My complements to Service Magic for providing the names of three excellent contractors. After interviews we settled on Thomas Custom Builders. Owners Rick Thomas and Dave Holmes were professional during planning and through the renovation. Always available for any concerns raised by my wife or myself. The team that did the on-site work was excellent. They were under the leadership of carpenter, Rob Redfern whose attention to detail was far beyond what was expected. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH OUR NEW KITCHEN..

Kitchen Remodel: The project has not been completed yet but I will say that Rick Thomas was the most professional, knowledgeable, and impressive builders/contractors that came to my home to provide an estimate for my project. Although we're all looking for a somewhat lower bid (because there is a lot of sticker shock out there), Thomas Construction was extremely reasonable and definitely competitive with all others. In the end, I chose them because I really felt that the job would be completed in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and I was convinced the craftmanship would be superior. They are honest and have integrity

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
This was a very big job consisting of putting a pitched roof on a house and a separate garage. And also vinyl siding (including diagonal) on both buildings. We are very happy with the final result. Dave is very down to earth and went above and beyond on many occasions to make things right. The siding crew worked very long (sometimes 12) hours in 90+ degree heat to get it done. We would recommend Thomas Custom Builders and would use them again.

Very timely and informative. Communications were effective. The team reported to work on time as they said and worked quickly. Only delay came waiting for counter top to be measured and cut, which could not be done properly until cabinates were installed. Very happy with everything.
