Very professional. Arrived on time and went right to work. Quickly identified problem and fixed it. Explained everything to us very clearly and was respectful of the fact I asked them to wear masks. I also appreciated he called within hours of my service call (on a Sunday) and scheduled the appointment for Monday. Highly recommend!!!

Thomas was perfect. Exceeded my expectations. I needed help fixing a tripping breaker due to "what i thought" was too many AC units on a single 15amp breaker. In less than 2 hours, Thomas was able to determine that not only was I in serious need of two dedicated circuits for my power hungry AC units but discovered that my original circuit was tied into several rooms throughout my "flipped" 1960's cape. After the job was completed, i had both AC's on dedicated circuits and my original circuit was divided up into two 15amp breakers in order to properly handle the load. Could not be happier. Would recommend Thomas to everyone!
