Mr. Thomas called me and said that he would be out today at 3 pm but when the weather was forecasted for bad weather, he called back and asked if he could come in 15 mins, and he arrived as promised. Very professional, had all the tools necessary to clean my dryer vent. Even suggested that I install a cover so I won't have any issues with birds getting inside my vent and he installed that as well. After the job was complete, he cleaned up all the areas around the dryer, rug, and outside my back door where I was sweeping. I would definitely hire him again for any jobs that I need.
