Work completed as contracted perfectly. 8 years later have evidence of small leak. 10 year warranty. Called, received call back, he asked for picture of leak, I sent picture and no response. I have called left messages, My husband has called and left messages I have texted. No response. Not happy with warranty expectation. At least he could come and take a look.

Recommend them all the time, even to my daughter. Tom knows what he is doing. He is hands on, keeps an eye on all of his workers, and he is honest.
