Very pleased with the work and professionalism. We had a unique situation as we were trying to have work done based on an inspection while living out of state before moving into the house. Needed a fairly big job replacing a pipe - very easy to coordinate, did a great job, and sent pictures a long the way. Would highly recommend, and will definitely rehire for future plumbing jobs.

They were very friendly, prompt, the workmanship was very neat, and they have done the job in a timely manner.

Brandon the owner is very quick to respond and has amazing customer service. He provides reliable and very competitive prices and shows up when he says he will. It is hard to find great plumbers who are competitive with their prices and also on itime. I will only use Thomas Lily plumbing for all of my flip houses!

I had a main sewer line backing up and was told by another company that it would have to dig up my garage floor to replace sewer line and possibly more very expensive job Thomas lily came out and repaired an outside vent that was the real problem saved a huge unnecessary sewer line replacement for a lot less money

Thomas Lily is the most efficient and cost savings company I have ever dealt with. Brandon did a completely new bathtub and plumbing for me. He also did the bathroom sink and plumbing replacement as well. He was a very hard worker and had the job done in the proper amount of time he said he would. I contacted Brandon at Thomas Lily. I left a detailed message of my problem. He responded in an expedite manner. He came the next day to take care of my old leaking pipes that needed replaced. I showed him another potential job and he took care of everything that day. I had two sets of sinks and valves,replaced and an outdated toilet. As soon as Brandon walked in he immediately showed respect for my home and put on booties over his shoes. Brandon explained everything that he needed to do . Priced fairly so no hidden costs. I'm definitely going to use him again for all my plumbing and heating..

Not only did Brandon show up, he showed up on time!! It is rare to find a Company in the construction trade that shows up when they say theyâ ll show up. Previous experience I have had the contractors donâ t show up. I was very pleased with the service level and thoroughness of the work that was done.
