I called Aaron for a consultation on a very complex pool remodel in the Hollywood Hills. The project involved new coping, tile, plaster, and a full equipment upgrade, along with multiple code and hillside related challenges. After asking several industry contacts who they would trust for high difficulty pool renovations in Southern California, Aaron and his team were consistently recommended. They were able to quickly identify the key drivers of the project, explain what needed to be addressed, and outline clear solutions and a realistic work plan. This was not a straightforward remodel, and their experience with complex projects was obvious. If you are dealing with a challenging pool remodel, I would feel very comfortable recommending them.

I have already gotten several bids on this pool remodel (need new baja deck, new coping, pool deck, equipment, pool plumbing just to name a few). I heard about Thomas pools from a very reputable source so I called and met with Ron (designer and salesman) at Thomas pools within hours. He was right on time and very professional. Very personable, gregarious but efficient. Took all the measurements and to my surprise offered to design and build the hardscape and drainage/retaining walls for my whole back and front yard. I was impressed with his scope of work offered beyond pools, Ron’s astute explanations, and his ability to hand draw the entire project on a piece of paper in just a few minutes. Absolutely incredible first encounter. I will update this review with before and after photos if I get a bid that makes sense and get the work completed. If not, still worth calling them because they have been great.

Pop's Pool Service is amazing! My previous pool guy stopped showing up and my pool was dirty and needed some maintenance. I LOVE that they provide email updates after every service. Pop's is very reliable and they do excellent work!

Very professional and very reasonably priced. They even made it out to me in a Sunday! Love the reliability.

I love my guys at Pops - they're able to keep my pool looking great year round and are always sticking to their weekly schedule. They're also willing to answer any questions I have when it comes to my pool, which is probably more than they'd like, but they never seem to have a problem with it. :)

We have our pool and fountain cleaned weekly by Popâ s. They are always on time and do a great job. I have referred them to a few neighbors and we are all very happy!

Overall great experience. Replaced rusted leaking filter valve with the addition of changing out my filter cartridges. Ended up continuing to do my routine pool services with Pop's!
