He did a good job and fixed a lot of the gutter hangers and hoping he will come back to finish and replace the others. Over all they did a good job and would use them again on other projects.

Came when they said they would come! Did the work they were hired to do! Made plans to hire them again!

His assistant was drunk and excavated a drain hole in the wrong place and Tom didn't see it because the machine he was using on the deck broke down and he left the site to repair it. After the pipe was laid he didn't fill the hole in very well. The hole was all gulleys and clumps of dirt. A lot of places were missed when the deck was painted and a lattice wasn't replaced that needed replacement. He doesn't communicate well. We didn't know when he would show up or not. His drunken assistant patted my wife on her back side. She wouldn't leave the house until they left for the day. If it was a more expensive job I would have made a law suit for the work that still needs to be done.

He ultimately did a good job, but did have to go a second time to make things to my satisfaction. He was excellent about returning calls, follow-up, and went out when promised. I would use his services again.

I was quoted $1400.00, I gave him $700.00 down and was going to pay the other $700.00 when completed. Many things came up while putting up fence, didn't get to job until late,late morning, left often during work hours. I ordered a 5 ft. privacy fence, he said that where ever he got his supplies didn't have it so he just got 6 ft. The day it was finally finished I said ok how much, He said in a quite voice $1200.00. I was so surprised. I paid him, because I needed my fence for my two new standard poodle. How do you make such a big error in pricing??????????

He did an excellent job digging the post holes and they were very nice gentleman. However, they got a call from another consumer that offered more money so they left without finishing the job, they had a few holes to dig before they left. I thought it was unprofessional that they left on my emergency job.

This company repaired our enclosed back porch last year and they did a good job. The weather held them up some, otherwise they completed the job in a timely manner. They had to jack up the porch some and add a new screen door, they also put in a new floor and the back wall of the porch. We were very pleased with the work.

Finished bathroom, set new toilet, installed new door. Made a door covering our new HVAC unit inside to make it easy to access for filter change. At a later date will pressure wash the vinyl siding on the outside of home.(Also repaired kitchen cabinet drawers) The work was very very nice. Very friendly..

I hired Tosh to complete two projects... Repair of two sections of a wooden privacy fence in back yard which included digging out two rotten posts and replacing them in the dead heat of the summer. Also, I had a brand new interior door to be replaced putting it on the existing frame and putting on new handle. When calling for quotes all other handymen came by to see the job and quoted as they do in most cases, Tosh did not inspect the job infact, he called me back and asked if I had gotten my repairs done and lowered his original phone quote and I went with him! He was very courteous on the phone to include when he had to reschedule due to vehicle trouble and other situations, etc. The fencing was completed despite the fact I believe it took much, much longer than expected and I felt badly because it was such a hot day! Believe it would have sped up the process and been well worth it to the handyman if a hole digger had been rented for the project (since this was obviously not something they had in their inventory of equipment) The holes were dug in very dry soil with a manual hole digger.... Long story short the door could not be installed as it did not "fit the opening" in the doorway and I was told there must be something wrong or incorrect about the door as it should have fit. The handyman did not have the proper tool to cut out for the hinges but did this manually and did a fairly nice job considering he did not have a Dremel as he stated he did not bring with him. Not able to hang the door, hinges have been cut so there is no returning the door so I have a door that cannot be hung and must start over with this project! I felt a lot of this could have been avoided if the handyman had inspected the job prior to coming to perform. I paid him the amount quoted to include hanging the door... plus the cost of the two wooden posts. I had thought that the original post WAS included in the quote but... guess not. I had advised from the start one post was rotted and would need to be replaced and purchased as part of the project. In other cases, the cost of materials was included in the quote from handymen....I assumed the same for this project. The gentleman was young, very quiet, worked very hard for a long time and was certainly very courteous.
