Thomas Tyler LLC is a very professional company. All his guys where great. The main guy Rich was was in point with everything.

We purchased a puppy and I explained that we needed a deck. And sliding doors installed by a certain date and it was completed before...Thanks to Dominick, Glenn, and Wallace were all Happy and so is Remo, our new puppy...You are the best.

They were able to handle the complete project from plot plan to permit and inspections, to ground foundation and deck completion. The construction team was able to parge newly exposed cinder block wall which was hidden by old concrete deck. First class and easy to work with.

I love my new deck and I cannot say enough about the excellent work and the exemplary customer service Paul and Dominick provided. I called often because I planned an event on my new deck and the time frame was very tight. Paul and Dominick promised that they would deliver and they did. The workers were polite and hard working and the cleanup was complete. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and totally recommend them to anyone needing a deck.

Had a 30+ year old deck badly in need of replacing. They took us through the entire process design to completion while truly listening to our questions and concerns. Dealt with permits and came back to us with an alternate design when the original plan was denied due to building code changes since the original construction. All completed during the worst weather conditions imaginable, snow, rain, ice and extreme cold. The workers were terrific completing everything with minimal disruption to our routines. Walked through with us to address items to be "tweaked" at completion. Truly professional every step of the way. Very customer service oriented!!! Now that it is completed, we couldn't be happier. The deck is beautiful and very well constructed. Can't wait for spring so we can begin using it. I would not hesitate to use them for future construction projects.
