    I called this company for a Dye test for a private sewer line, which involved 2 of my neighboring houses. The appointment was set, and no one showed and no one called. I called the company back to find out what happened. They assured me they would get it done, apologized, and rescheduled. The day comes told plumbers would be at my house between 10-12 at 11;30 I get a call from the company that they do not do dye test. Twenty minutes later, the plumber calls and tells me he will be at my residence; I tell him his office called and said they do not do a dye test and why is he coming? He tells me he informed the office they do not do it, but they send him anyway; needless to say, we have a conversation, and he apologizes and hangs up. I cannot speak to the plumbers work since they did none, but I can speak to a front office that is absolutely horrendous.

    The worst experience ever! I called them to check out my garbage disposal. It was a fuse flip issue in the fuse board, which, on flipping, started working. I get a bill for $169 but there was no work done by them. This has been a nightmare, and on top, the manager calls me justifying it, and adding salt to my wound, said **you are lucky that we did not charge you an additional $94 for coming down**. This has been an insane and awful experience, especially with families in the COVID era where we all are trying to save money.

    They did an exceptional job - really went above and beyond to make sure our new furnace and A/C were installed properly in a very tight spot. They added new duct work as well. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. And it was very affordable. We were nervous about making a decision on such a big purchase and evaluated several companies, but after they finished we were so relieved that we chose them!
