I have three contractors for the work that I needed done. Thomas and sons contracting was the contractor I picked. They weren t the cheapest for the job but the quality and customer service far exceeded what they charge me for the work done

Hired for several jobs on new home that was purchased. Level house - good Level porch - good Changed bathroom fixtures - good Changed vanity - good Paint Inside of house and ceilings - still haven't painted one of the bathroom ceilings, I personally had to repaint 3 walls. New manufactured hard wood floors, did not lay the subflooring and vapor block correctly, did not lay hardwood properly placing extreme pressure on connection joints Concrete patio - Poured 20x20 area without contraction joints, creating large pool after light rain, came back and cut joints with cement saw, now several little pools , never properly leveled Leak in plumbing - said they fixed it 3 weeks later leak in same exact area, but they insist it isn't the same leak, would not fix Called several times with concerns and wouldn't get call back until I wrote ridiculously long texts Timothy hired other contractors and when there were issues, expected me to negotiate and deal with them personally The bathroom floor was covered in paint drips. Timothy told me to purchase spirits and he would have someone clean it up......still here after a month This is my first experience with a contractor in AL. I don't know if sub par work is the norm, but it has been an extremely disappointing experience and I feel very taken advantage of.

"Thank you for your review. All your concerns you contacted me about, late at night or on my off days, were all addressed and handle. I did what was on the contract, the last issue with the leak in the wall which was not in your contract I contacted the plumber and he did come out, which was two months later after our job was finished. Our company did everything to please your concerns but obviously you were not satisfied. We did go above and beyond and did things that wasn't in our contract to help you out because you were new to the area. Thank you for being pleased with some of the work that was did."
