Brandon seemed like a very nice guy, so we hired him to build a patio. A few things seemed off at first, such as a quote that wasn?t itemized & no measurements. We still moved forward with him believing he would do good work. His quote was far above comparable services, but again, we liked him & decided to move forward. This was a mistake. He didn?t start on the day he originally claimed, only showed up to take the deposit (50% of the total price) Communicating with him was a nightmare. I was not able to be at the job site, so I asked for periodic photos to see the progress. I received 1. Turns out, the photos I showed & sent him before I signed the contract were just a suggestion in his mind. After asking for a couple of days, I received an image of what he said the project would look like. It was nothing remotely close to the images I showed him. When I brought this up to him, in an extremely kind way, he responded well & said they could do it. Fast forward 2 days, he claims doing

BEWAWE! Brandon Thomas is an absolute crook. He is not knowledgeable, he is unprofessional, and will steal from customers.

Very professional, and easy to work with. Kept work site clean and safe. Worked on 2 apartment units for the college and everyone has been pleased with the results.

All the worked performed as scheduled.

We had several estimates and they helped us scale back in a couple ways to fit our budget. My wife works from home and she needs it to be quite. They were very respectful of her and I would have them back anytime. I am overall very satisfied with their work.
