Thomas's Flooring

I hired Thomas Flooring to remove a previous hardwood floor and install new oak flooring, costing $13,550. The removal and installation went well but shortly after completion of the project, the floors in the three rooms started to cup badly. The company reviewed the problem and accepted responsibility but have ignored my repeated requests to actually do the repair work, sanding the floors flat and refinishing the floors. They are not returning my voicemails and emails, and I am now looking at legal options.

I paid Mr. Thomas $1800 for materials. After that, I heard from him twice to say there would be a delay. Now, I can not contact him at all. I do not know whether he is alive or dead. I am out a lot of money with nothing to show for it.

On time, on budget great outcome. What else could you ask for.

My wife and I decided to use Thomas flooring over the big bix store and we could not be happier. Our schedule was very unpredictable to say the least and Alan was more than able to accommodate. I will use them again and I have already recommended him to a close friend, (who is very picky) and Alan came through for him. The one thing I do appreciate over all is that Alan is straight forward and will guide your choice selection to better fit your wishes. If buying local is important to you, use Thomas Flooring!

They were great! They worked around other contractor's schedule even after many delays. Floors look nice! I only wish they took credit cards.

They were hard working and rushed the job for us so it could be done before we started to move in. The floors came out beautiful and they matched the carpet in other rooms to carpet two more rooms. They worked at night and weekends to get it done for us. They were the best bid and did the best job. I would highly recommend them.

The floors were ruined by dog & cat urine & feces & after the clean up, the Thomas team came in and fixed the floors and made them beautiful. My friends thought it was an impossible job but they did a great job.
