instead of spray foam I went for a whole house crawlspace insulate. The price was fair, the work was done well , but they have a problem with internal communication. I had to stay on top of what was ordered and what was done.

Absolutely superb company. Have been in the area since 2002 and have had work done by a number of companies. This one stands out as being the most professional, courteous, and just down right good. I would recommend them to anyone and will use only them in the future for all my plumbing, AC, heating, and electrical needs.

My purchase and installation of a new HVAC system was made with Thommason Enterprises. All that has been done to date, has included an excellent installation and customer service. The representatives went the extra mile on all that they did. There is a small portion of the installation yet to be completed. I still owe half of the cost for the entire system, but they insisted I not pay the balance until the work has been completed. Just one of many examples of the quality of service and staff with Thomasson.

They did not return the followiing day of inspection and the hot water in the house stopped working...we called multiple times and no one came out for the entire weekend. We still have no hot water after 3 days.

Gave a good estimate. Recommended avoiding unnecessary work. Two guys came for the initial assessment, and then the next day one of the guys was replaced. Work was done very quickly, warranty was given. Price seemed fair, except for the total price of jetting and running a camera seemed high and in the end maybe not totally necessary, given what was actually performed in the jetting and camera diagnostics. But even with that cost the overall price was competitive. No issues or complaints as of yet.

We needed to move 2 AC units.Les came out & gave an estimate the day we contacted them. The price was almost 3 times the amount we had been quoted by another company, but the way he described how they would do the job, sounded worth it. They scheduled the job for Sat. which was awesome. When they came out to do the job, Les said that they werent able to do the job the way he had described, so he knocked 1/3 of the prce off. (double other quote). I needed it done to proceed with another project, so I agreed to. It looks bad, & a 1/2" pipe was squeezed to fit a 3/8" pipe & filled with solder instead of using a fitting. Havent been back to fix

When you described your problem we quoted you a price and you accepted it, and we agreed to complete the work outside of normal business hours for your convenience. We did get a call from your husband regarding the work and agreed to come out and make it right, but he later called and cancelled the appointment. We stand behind our work and will make this right, but we can't get it done if you won't let us."
