Courteous, convenient, and knowledgeable. Not only was a technician out in a few hours, he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem right away. Since Thomaston Climate Control wasn't the servicing contractor and my unit was still under warranty. They weren't able to install the needed part under my existing warranty but he was witty enough rig the existing part so we would have AC until our regular service provider could come and install the required part! Side note: how in the hell did our Grandparents live without central air???

I have a home owners policy that was not going to pay for the repairs needed to my HVAC system. Mr Thomaston responded to my request for help quickly, set up a diagnostic appointment, presented 2 estimates (repair or replace). I selected the repair and as soon as the parts were received, my AC was fixed the next day. His estimate was not only less than half of that from my homeowner's policy, but the actual final bill was half of his estimate. I am so pleased that his business is so highly recommended on Home Advisor and now I see why. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional and fair service provider.

I believe his company should be named " Integrety HVAC" because the service we benefit from him was rendered in the most Integrety way. Mr. Thomastson is a man who keeps his word. He showed up on time as promised Fixed perfectly our system. Above all he will not, and I need to say it again, he will not make you spend for what you do not need.For the high quality and professional work he did on our system we have amazingly been charged such an affordable price. We had an awesome experience with him. If you are looking for a sincere highly professional tech to fix your HVAC system I will without any hesitation recommend Mr. Thomaston.

He beat a competitor out of the park. Came right away for free quote and did the new installation very soon. I had him do the work while I was gone and you could not tell someone was in the house. Highly recommend

Thomaston Climate Control, I would like to say that the service was fantastic, Jim was on time and very professional and he very courtesy. Jim was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and he kept me updated on everything he was doing. Jim had to replace my hold HVAC unit and he promise me that he could do it in one day and he finish the job the same day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service. Jim offer a two years warranty on his labor where as other only offer a one year warranty now that is outstanding and his pricing beats the competition by a mile. Thank you again for the great service and keep up the great work.
