Great experience, very professional, and did an awesome job cleaning up when completed

Does not do quality work, had to do most of the work 2 to 3 times. Employees would show up hours late every day. Used a grinder inside of the house to cut stone and covered the house in dust vs. a wet saw. Moved the drain and reinstalled it wrong. I had to point this out and they had to redo it. Had to remove the shower nooks stone due to using the wrong stone after being told what went where. Had to remove the lower row of travertine off the wall so the shower pan could be sealed to the wall before the stone was installed. causing me to purchase more material to fix their mistakes. They had to have another tile setter come in to finish the job. They cut stone on my driveway and have scared the driveway with cut marks. Instructed all items to be removed and holes filled on the walls, this was not done and had to be redone. The paint on the ceiling in the shower is so thin the screw is showing. I have to redo this Spots on the wall are peeling due to poor prep. Dry spots on the wall due to poor coverage. Used my painting tools and did not clean them. Cleaned the painting tools in landscaping and covered stones in paint and stained them because they did not rinse the paint off of them before it dried. Drywall tape bubbling, when it comes down to it I finally told them not to come back I would finish any problems at this point. This company has done flooring and fencing for me and did a great job, but this level of work does not hire them.

Do not hire this company! They do not communicate and then they try and keep your deposit when you cancel the job and ask for it back. Phone calls go to voice mail (which is often full) . All communication about the job had to be instigated by me. I finally canceled the job and asked for a refund and I waited over two months for a *check that is in the mail* and finally received it.

I am a disabled veteran and work on a fixed income. I spoke with Matt and he told me he would do my 6-foot wooden fence for 3000 dollars even. That included a military discount and an additional discount for paying upfront, which I did. The date we agreed on came and went without a word from Matt. I called him and he told me that there was a lumber shortage due to COVID, but he would be with me asap. I am understanding so I told him that was fine but to keep in touch with me. Weeks went by with excuse after excuse but finally, he came and dropped off some wood. Then a couple of weeks later, someone arrived to build my fence! After the second day, (and paying a fee to Spectrum for Matts team cutting my internet and cable line) I was excited to go outside and see the progress that had been made, only to find that the six-foot pickets and 4x4s had been cut down to 4 feet tall... when I called Matt, he became irate and said *what do you want me to do? s**t 6 foot pickets??? And the only reason your fence is being put in this soon is that you b**ch more than anyone I have ever worked for!* Next day, I get an apology And was told it would be made right. The next day, a crack head (literally, a drug addiction with no teeth that rolled on the ground in my yard until my neighbor threatened to call the police) shows up and cuts off EVERY 4x4 at the ground. So now, just inside of my fence line, I have 15-25 circles of concrete with 4x4s sticking out of them. The following week, Matt comes and drops off more pickets and accuses me of stealing 200 pickets from the first bundle he had dropped off!! I guess he was unaware that I have cameras all around my house and took pictures of the lumber! I can count every picket and know that we were sorry from the start. When the sub showed up, he started that Matt told him not to put my gate in (that is in the original invoice and had already been paid for) because he ran out of 4x4s. So I have the subcontractor 30 dollars so he could get the other needed 4x4s in order to put a gate on my fence! The subcontractor showed up later and almost completed the fence except for probably 4 feet. I spoke with the subcontractors who started they would haul away the scrap wood on more than one occasion, but they never did, so I took some of the scraps (because I could not fit it all in a trash can) and made a small roof for my kids playhouse. Today, I get an email from Matt saying that if I want my fence complete, I have to pay him an additional 580 dollars for lumber because I used the 200 pickets I was accused of stealing (that never made it here in the first place) to build a kids playset with. Once I received this bill, I contacted the subcontractor who informed me that Matt asked him to stop working on my fence because I had refused to pay my remaining balance. What remaining balance??? Matt never spoke to me about ANYTHING!! Luckily, the subcontractor continued to work and only left me with a few feet to go. I have pictures, videos, emails, text messages, and recorded phone calls to prove every word of what I am saying. Again, I am a disabled veteran and was promised a fence at a discount. All I got was harassed, accused, cussed at, and cheated. All said and done, I still am going to have to finish the fence on my own.

I was told that it would take 2-3 day to this job and my floors are still unfinished. I have not received a call today or have anyone showed up to finish my floor. I paid this man Matt in full on what is on the contract. All I want is for this job to be done. These people have been at my home since 9/8/2020 and the job is still unfinished. I did not tell this man Matt to charge my credit card the holder mount for the job. We charge on my credit card the balance. I asked for Home Advisor for help! I just want this job completed and this man out of my home!

The fact that this company even considers itself a home remodeling company is the biggest sham I have ever seen. We hired Matt to replace the trim in our house, refinish our hardwood floors, and install our new kitchen cabinets, as well as some other misc projects. The trim job was the first job that they did and I should have known better after the first two weeks and canceled the other jobs and kicked them out of my house. It took them over a month to do a project that was supposed to take a week. Then came the hell that was supposed to be the refinishing of our hardwood flooring. Matt employee, Vick completely botched the job that we hired them to do and after 2.5 weeks of not being able to live on the entire first floor of our house, we now have to hire someone else to do the job all over again. I would not even wish this company on my worst enemy - no one should have to go through what they put me and my family through over the last two months. Do NOT let this company or Matt Thomison in your house under any circumstances, it will be the worst decision you ever make.

Matt's crew came out after he did a thorough measure..and had our fence installed right after 811 marked our property..they were professional..courteous..and performed the work in a timely manner..they also installed a matching 6' wooden fence for my adjoining neighbor..who was satisfied as well..I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in craftsmanship and value combined....

Matt the owner and his subs are extremely kind and accommodating , they are expert con men. They are masters of deception. Invoicing and billing tend to be double billed and bogus at best. Invoice and billing lack description, therefore repetitious billing already paid for. Quality of some subs are better than others.

I only gave Matt and Thompson interiors half a star because 0 was not an option. They destroyed our house. What should have been a happy time in our new home was a horrifying and painful experience that we are still dealing with. We hired Matt and Vic to refinish our hardwood floors. They gouged them out, put the sander through our walls, cabinets, screen door and even vinyl flooring. There are stain and finish all over our walls and doors. When we refused to pay Matt the remaining balance due to the damage (and after giving him an attempt to make it right) he began to threaten us with liens on our house. Estimates are putting the damage at over $20,000. I hope that this review saves someone the pain and heartache we are living.

Thomison Interiors did a great job installing a new fence in my backyard. Matt Thomison, personally, made the experience so easy from beginning to end from lot measurement, to property line identification, to fence completion. And the workers who put up the fence were very professional, building a fence with care and attention to detail. I liked the finished product and would hire them again.

I rarely leave reviews. But this company deserves a serious kudos for their work! Thomison Interiors hit a Home Run; with my Exterior project. I had a broken Fence Post causing the fence to lean to the point of almost falling over. With each day it leaned more and had separated from the connecting panels. Wind was causing even more damage. Other Pros came out for quotes and kept shaking the post and saying it was broken and basically causing it to lean out even more. Now, Thomison Interiors steps in...Timeline from my 1st communication, to them being onsite with actual work completed was less than 7 days. Amazing! Matt could hear how important it was for me, as a customer, to get this resolved and he squeezed me into the schedule. He is the ONLY vendor that stepped up to help after over a month of searching that didn't quote me a 10 week wait and that makes me really appreciate this company. The ratings only go to 5.0 but this Pro gets a 5.0 PLUS. The Team went above and more than beyond. Matt thought ahead of the process and even delivered on quality that I didn't expect. Also very Innovative in their approach to deliver what was required. Added touches to the repair that always makes a customer smile. Customer service - Excellent. Workmanship - Excellent. Delivery of Services - Excellent.

They returned my called about fixing my chain link fence in 10 minutes. They came out and fixed it , I changed my mind in the middle of the job and they worked with me and didn't throw a fit. They explained that there would be a price difference and we agreed. Very reasonable.. Other fence people talk immediately if it was a insurance job, and they never ask me once mentioned that. I liked that they didn't make their price higher for insurance.

Stretched carpet in 4 rooms for much less than other quotes received and without my having to remove all the furniture. Estimate was given promptly and work was performed within one week.
