Shawn is a very professional contractor who provided a detailed explanation of the work involved (add porch railings), the cost and all other documents required for HOA approval. His estimated completion schedule was right on target and the work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. In addition, all debris from the installation was removed from the home site. Shawn kept us informed during the process of material ordering, material receipt and the material delivery to the home. My wife and I highly recommend Shawn for your construction or remodel needs.

Shawn built us a porch, new deck and performed some other renovations to the exterior of our Beach House. Shawn is very skillful, experienced and knowledgeable in all phases of Construction, He dis an excellent job. We have received so many compliments for the work. He quoted the project from blueprints designed by an architect. Shawn quoted from the specs and provided a detailed proposal. He performed the work exactly as quoted and more. I strongly recommend Shawn, and definitely will use Thompson Construction for our next project in the Fall. Hire Shawn, he is the best!
