John was very prompt everyday, sending me regular email updates on what tasks were on-deck. He took a porch railing and Victorian trim project that no one else wanted due to the small amount of work. He stuck to the pricing even when the scope of the project changed a little. Unfortunately he is unable to take Credit cards FYI.

John helped me get my home ready to sell. He caulked and painted inside, installed new lights throughout the house, stripped and painted deck steps, remodeled a bathroom -installing new cabinets and faucets. He was always on time, very pleasant to work with, had good ideas on how to improve projects and was a great value for all that he did. I will use him again and highly recommend him for any work around the home. He is just fabulous.
