I wanted to use a local company and wanted to stay away from the big landscaping companies for my irrigation repair job. Eric called me and I am very pleased. He actually was able to come earlier than we planned, he worked quickly and did a very good job. He also made some recommendations for additional work on the irrigation system but was not high-pressure at all. I was very pleased with Ericâ s work and his rates, and highly recommend him.

Eric Thompson arrived at the agreed upon time with his assistant, Cody, Together we review the project to make sure we all agreed how to complete the project. Eric made suggestions and explained how to avoid future water leaks. Cody immediately started the work which was completed in 3 hours.

Called them on a Saturday. The owner came to my house within a half hour, gave me an estimate and said that he would return within the hour with tools and materials. His crew arrived, assessed the problems, told me what I needed, explained the repair process and proceeded. The young men were extremely knowledgeable and very fast. Mr Thompson was the only contractor to respond to my telephone and online inquiries. Due to inclement weather and his already full schedule we were unable to schedule a service call right away. But he kept me informed and took the initiative and fit us in. He started early and worked late. He found and fixed every problemâ even one that apparently had been ignored by the previous owner for years.
