Thompson Drafting

Josh Thompson was competent and professional throughout the entire process and we were more than satisfied with the final product. I provided some rough drawings and a list of building code requirements from our Code Official. Josh was timely and communicative both with me and our builder while we worked through all the details including some challenges like determining the new roof pitch that ties in with the existing roof. Josh exercised patience with us and did an excellent job. And he not only provided detailed drawings for the project but also a 3D colored picture of what the finished deck and roof would look like so we could visualize the completed project. And he put together an animated version with people on the deck and a sports car underneath (I liked that added touch). He was great to work with - and even offered to field any questions that arose from the Code Official, going the extra mile without us asking. His effort and final product exceeded our expectations and we considered his charges reasonable for all the time he invested. We highly recommend his drafting services to everyone.

Josh learns very quickly and is adaptable to new challenges. He is able to make his own decisions and is a definite go-getter. I've formed a great working relationship with Josh to where he now knows what I'm looking for with little explanation. I'm glad I found someone so capable to work with.
