We highly recommend them!!! We first called Thompsons Family Plumbing and Drain about 5 years ago when our mom and dad needed an ADA upgrade for one of the bathrooms. The technicians that did the work were awesome, clean and respectful. Since then we have called them out for a couple other issues and always get awesome service. A couple of weeks ago we called them out for an emergency problem and once finished and paid for, there was a misunderstanding on the bill (on my mom's end) not realizing the Family Plan option part of the bill and didn't want to pay for any extra service. The service manager ended up waving the cost difference of the plan and actually refunded her the money that would have been saved by choosing the Family Plan! In other words she paid for the discounted service call charge...AND, it was surely considered an emergency service call. They didnt have to do that, and for thay we are greatful! After the whole debacle I told them, next service call she'll opt for the service/maintenance plan.
