hired to fix leaks at the gas heater, filter, and spa light. Placed silicon around wires in conduit a spa light and attempted to replace light. Never let the silicone set up and did not get light locked in properly. The light still leaked because the silicone moved when the light was re-installed. The filter still leaks. Ended up costing an additional service call by American Leak Detectors.

The serviceman that came out new the problem, fix it quickly and checked our system. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very expensive for job Dug out pipe and replaced section of auto fill system for pool. Charged $600 seemed a little high.

They may not be the cheapest, but the service quality is worth the price.

A simple job that should have taken 4-5 days has taken over 90 days. They have missed 3 appointments where I had to call them to reschedule after no shows. After repairs were made a leak was found and took another 30 days to diagnose. If you want a ethical pool contractor then do not use them.

The company did not complete the job and wanted payment for a job that did not fix our problem. They replaced a part but our pool is still leaking and they refuse to come back until we pay for the house call and the part that did not repair the problem. Very unreasonable and difficult to work with.

Very good communication. Conscientious when working. Time will tell on our overall satisfaction of the equipment suggested. Will consider them for our next pool project.

Great completed pump install!!

He installed a replacement filter incorrectly which resulted in its failure after 6 weeks and then failed to repair it. Actually he refused to respond at all after several requests. We were forced to hire another contractor at additional cost. I texted him that I would write this complaint if he didn't correct his error and His response was to ignore me again. He's worthless.
