The final product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work is such that my basement now looks like it was completed at the time the home was built. The subcontractors were decent people who knew what they were doing. And Mr. Thompson was sensitive to our unique needs and circumstances. I don’t give many reviews, but I strongly recommend this company.

The project was to take three months instead it took over six months. At the end they found they did not order the shower door which took an additional month to install. The length of time to complete the basement was unacceptable. I texted or emailed on a regular basis to find out what was the next step or when someone would show up to work again. At the end of the project I tagged areas that needed to be repainted and it was done the next day. The finished product was beautiful and the company did an excellent job on doing my basement except for the time. A few weeks after the basement was complete I had my air conditioner serviced and it was found that when Thompsonâ s moved the furnace during the remodel, they did not capture the freon. This was an added cost to the air conditioning service but also accidents like these hurt the ozone.

Rated low as contract has been signed, deposit paid, cabinets ordered & waiting for delivery so physical work has not started yet.

Jim provided the work we asked for and completed all the work in a decent amount of time However the issue was the customer service provided. Comminucation with us and Jim was nearly impossible. He could NEVER be found on the telephone and when messages were left if would take days to hear back. There needs to be much improvement with the way the customer is kept up to date B4 I would recomend his services to any one!

Owner was very congenial at first, then hard to get hold of, didn't pay his sub's in a timely manner, didn't do all he said he would do, made excuses for everything. Our 4 week job took over 3 1/2 months & I never got my lien releases from sub contractor's like promised from the get go...I paid some of them the bal. of what was owed so I knew they were PIF. I had to check with each subcontractor to make sure they were all paid. I would not recommend this co. He wasn't cheap or reliable (IMO)

Jim was prompt, courteous, professional

The project took longer than expected and there was poor communication regarding the delays. The finished product was mostly good aside from the gate, which took months to get fixed.

They were very good at what they do, and when I was not satisfied with something I told them and they did their best to change it to my satisfaction. The only thing I didn't care for was the cleanup job. I thought they said they would clean the yard but I didn't realize they only cleaned up the stuff realted to the new fence. The old fence was left and bush branches left. The fence looks GREAT and I've had a couple of compliments on it already. Even the mail carrier said it looked very nice. We are so impressed that we may hire them for other jobs in the future. Thank you SERVICEMAGIC and thank you Thompson Property Service
