Lance arrived as scheduled to install curtain rods for two large windows. He was methodical and did great job installing the hardware. Easy to communicate with and work out best approach for window to locate height and width of curtain rod.

he showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. Mine was a small project and he completed it in less time than estimated.

Lance was flexible, and worked around my schedule and deadlines. Knowledgable, offered suggestions for designated repairs and made fair adjustments of original quote. Was able to accomodate all areas of repairs ie. soffit repair, electrical, evestrough installation, various wood working projects. Estimate for work was fair and very competitive. Maintained communicaiton throughout the duration of the repairs (approx. 1 week).
