I was so happy with the work they did!!!! I had carpet stretched in my bedroom and closet, they replaced the thresholds. Then I had vinyl flooring put in and carpet in my living room and sun room. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a second!!!!!!! Love these guys⠤︠⠤︠⠤︠⠤︠⠤︠⠤︠Would use them again in a hot minute!!!

Excellent flooring work done in my home kitchen and hallway and downstairs ceiling tile work. Greg is very professional and does beautiful flooring design and installation. Work was done on time and in price quoted. I would highly recommend this company.

Greg and Mike came to installs floors in my house they were the most professional contractors I ever work with. There work was so professional they do amazing work I would recommend them to everyone .they work clean and very nick picking to make sure the job comes out right when they said they will be here they were every morning. If I could give more then 5 stars you need floors done do not hesitate to call them.

This was the 1st time i hired a company for a job in my new home. Brent & Greg made it very simple & no pressure. After I spoke to Brent on the phone about carpeting my home, Greg came with samples & measured and the job was lined up the same week & completed in a day. Greg & his partner worked very hard. I left part of the day & was completely comfortable doing so. When they was were all done, they cleaned everything up. The price was extremely reasonable. Being a single female it can be hard to trust contractors but these guys are super professional & I have no problem reaching them if I have any questions. I will always call them for future flooring needs. Awesome experience

I contacted Thompsonâ s Flooring on a Saturday, had measurements taken on Sunday and had a quote in 48 hours! My flooring was completed about 2-3 weeks later and is simply gorgeous. Greg knows his stuff and did an excellent job! I literally walk around my kitchen marveling at how great it now looks!!! I highly recommend this company.

Brent & Gary (Thompson's Carpets) are the best contracting company we've ever dealt with. They were on time, professional and helpful. Their costs were less expensive than Lumber Liquidator/Home Depot installation services. They gave us flooring samples so that we could select vinyl from our home in our leisure. They even installed vinyl that I purchased from Home Depot for one of our rooms as we preferred it to theirs. They didn't mind when we wanted (at the last minute) them to do 2 additional spaces in our home, the laundry room and another bedroom where a previous contractor had ruined the flooring and didn't complete. They did both of these additional rooms at a discount. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an amazing job done at reasonable costs.

Very quick answers and turn around from estimate to completion of project. Three rooms and small section by back door installed with carpet or vinyl plank in just 6 hours. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on the quality is that there are some nails coming through the VPF border at the back door. Nothing major but it's not perfect. They did a great job and would absolutely hire them again.

Thompson's Carpet LLC was the BEST choice we made for our basement carpet and some tile work. Greg Thompson and Mike went above and beyond and it came out excellent. We had Thompson's Carpets, LLC, come and install carpet with padding and 12-inch square stick on tiles in our basement with a full bathroom. We got in contact with Thompson's as well as one of the big corporate carpet installers and were glad we went with the former. The other service was way too pushy, didn't want to keep their promise, and didn't care about the customer. The workmanship by the Thompson's crew, Greg Thompson and Mike was superb We couldn't be happier with our new basement and they had it done in no time at all. They will be getting our business when we do decide to tackle the main house which is a 1 story ranch. “Greg and Brent Thompson are great! I had new vinyl plank flooring installed in my house with Thompsons Carpet and had a wonderful experience. Greg and Brent were a pleasure to work with - they gave me advice on the installation process, answered all my questions, and responded to my texts and calls super quickly! I must have changed my mind 20 times during the initial consultation and each time they were very understanding and worked with me. My house is somewhat old (built in 1955) and so I had my first and second floors redone. These guys really know what they are doing and I felt confident during the entire process. Furthermore, I ended up replacing all my baseboard molding during this process and they did a fantastic job of cutting and installing that too. During the entire installation they were super professional, worked quickly, and did a seamless job. I love my new floors!

We got in contact with Thompson's as well as one of the big corporate carpet installers and were glad we went with the former. The crew was fantastic! They made a great impression before the job even started. They provided constant communication and always kept up to date on everything leading up to my installation date. I couldn t be happier with the job they did. On top of my floor looking phenomenal they also completed the job very fast. This was a wonderful experience and the carpet has been installed professionally and looks absolutely beautiful, I would recommend this thompson s carpet for anyone that wants a professional service, they were pleasant and worked hard the whole time they were here !

Terrific people to work with. Very prompt, courteous, friendly and did a terrific job!

The guys were great however they knew of issues they left behind and never made me aware of them. Unfortunately I did not check their workmanship thoroughly and has cost me dearly to repair their mistakes. They are very kind and trustworthy so I felt they would like me know if there was any issues. Boy was I wrong! My baseboard had to be removed and they discolored the walls when removing it and also chipped the paint throughout the house. Then the baseboard in one room had to be cut down with a circular saw and apparently they did not have a guide rail so it was extremely wavy and no consistency leaving one area beside the fireplace with a deep cut that was very noticeable. I also noticed in certain areas deep indentions in the walls were they must have hit then when applying the hardwood flooring. The caulking around the baseboard was inconsistent and not evenly spread especially around the fireplace where they got a lot of black caulk on the stone. I would never hire them to do any work for me in the future. They are very kind but don't let that fool you. If you hire them made sure you thoroughly check their workmanship before you give your final payment!
