Performed the bare minimum agreed upon tasks. Had issues with equipment which I was fine with, but only communicated on timing and completion when I reached out to him and not even every time with that. Needs to improve communications and follow through to get my recommendation. Customer should not be chasing the service provider for updates.

Dave and his team did a wonderful job, and on time. Dave was on the job each day and worked right along with his men. Kudos. Initially, Dave walked my property with me and took the time to answer all my questions. I chose Dave over another contractor even though the other estimate was slightly lower. Dave's method of doing the work was more intelligent. I was impressed that when it started to rain, Dave and his crew kept working until they couldn't anymore that day and came back at first chance to finish the job. Very professional, courteous staff who answer questions.

Dave contacted me within minutes of submitting a request for a quote. They did a fall yard clean-up and the team did an amazing job! It looked like no leaves had ever touched the lawn, and this was after they were wet from a recent snowstorm. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to use them again for other projects!
