We are very particular. Andrew did exactly as promised. We had our flooring ordered and in immediately. Showed up with his great crew at 7:45 AM every day until the project was done. We loved doing business with Thompson Flooring. Highly recommend using them.

He matched american cherry floors that were existing. The match was beautiful. He feathered in the boards so you could not see where flooring was added. Job way beyond compare to any other company I have hired in the past

This company was wonderful. As I compared companies they were a bit more expensive than most, but they seemed to be the very best option out there, so I was willing to pay. As with most projects, there were many setbacks which caused the project to take longer and cost more at every new revelation. I believe that Andrew always had our best interest in mind and he went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with the final outcome, which we were. We had to have planks replaced and a new matte finish placed over the entire floor to seal it. The crew that worked on the floor were very kind, helpful, careful and professional. The workmanship was top notch.We will love this floor for many years to come.

I highly recommend this company & have referred it to others. The install was done carefully with attention to detail, not rushed. The crew took pride in their work. The result was a beautiful floor in three rooms where once there was carpet. Daily the crew cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with Andrew and his installers.

They were timely and professional

I have hardwood floors that needed repair and refinishing. I interviewed several contractors. Thompson's was the most knowledgeable and specializes in wood floors only. The floors needed planks replaced as well as refinishing. The workmanship and attention to detail was beyond belief!! He removed all the baseboards to avoid damage from the sander (other companies would not). He also sealed off the entire area to prevent dust going to other parts of the house. The end result was spectacular to say the least. It was discovered that my wood floors were red oak and not white oak and of high quality. My floors look absolutely BRAND NEW!!! I would recommend Thompson's to anyone and would use them again should the need arise.

Generally very pleased with Thompson's Wood Floors. Communication was a bit spotty at the outset but was I happy that they worked with my material, my schedule and I was very pleased with the finished installation. I would definitely recommend them.
