Tomson Remodeling replaced my slate tile roof years ago. I paid extra for a warranty program that replaces up to a certain number of tiles due to any natural defects or faulty workmanship. This program also included an annual inspection for problems. I like the fact that they stand behind their work and want to insure that the roof is in good shape and is protecting my home. Unfortunately, we had a devastating major storm that destroyed a section of our roof and caused leakage. I called Clyde Tomson and was told that this section would have to be replaced, and that the warranty does not cover this type of damage. I went ahead with the partial replacement and just like the first time, the roof is now leak free and beautiful.
