He was great. He showed up early so he could get on the roof and walk the perimeter before the rain came. He was easy to talk to as we followed him around the home. He answered all of our questions and put a lot of effort into informing us about our prospective home. When he was done he spent his remaining time writing his report and making sure he didn't miss anything and that we didn't have any final questions. His report, emailed to us upon completion, was professional looking and included pictures of anything he thought needed addressing both big and small. We both agreed this was money v
