I hired this amazing crew to install a clean out and vent at one of my rental properties. They did a FANTASTIC job. Right on time, incredibly professional and made quick work of a very in depth project. 5 stars hands down will definitely be using them again if the need should arise.

I had hired these guys once before and was very pleased with their service and pricing. This time, I had a broken outside faucet. In the middle of the COVID19 quarantine. They came out (wearing masks), diagnosed the problem, went to a famous home appliance store for the parts, came back and had it fixed in about an hour total. Very knowledgeable and courteous as well as fair pricing!

I found Thornton's plumbing and excavating on home advisor. Before I finished writing down their contact info, they called me. It was just before 11:00am. The office worker asked what the problem was and told me they were at a job but would get back to me as soon they finished. They arrived at my house, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by 1:30! And for less money than I expected. They also made a few suggestions for improvements. They workers were polite and knowledgeable. I was thrilled with the job they did and will DEFINITELY be recommending them to everyone I know!!

10 minutes after I contacted Home Advisor I received a phone call from Thornton Plumbing. Jeremy promised to come within an hour since I was having a semi emergency. He and his assistant came promptly and solved my problem. I was very pleased with their service. The only reason I gave 4stars for value for money was because I felt their charge was a little high for 1/2 hours work. But I knew the cost up front and agreed to the charge because of my emergency. I never took the time to comparison shop cost. For all I know, their charge may have been consistent with the normal charge in this area. Overall, I would recommend Thornton Plumbing and Excavating to anyone in need of a plumber.
