Omg, where to begin? Boy Ray really has the nice guy salesman appearance. If you read this and fall for it, you are a liar. There will be little to no follow-up unless another job comes up. The follow-up has gone on for over a year. I have heard I will take care of it, blah blah blah. I wish I could show a photo on this site of the flooring job done. By six months, I had cracks between the laminate tiles. His son Juan came by to look at it and told me, This has never happened to me before. So, lucky me, I am out nearly 4K on three different floors. I could go on and on; the next step will be legal action. Oh, his girlfriend, who works with him on cabinets and so on, is no better. You have been warned! They also, if not primarily, work out of Salt Lake City, Utah, so I will be doing some research, contacting legal counsel, and investing more time and money in this matter.

I had an issue they promised to fix and they never contacted me or fixed it.

***BEWARE DO NOT USE*** I Had my entire flooring completed in my home minus 2 small bedrooms est about 2K Sq st. My flooring is peaking, buckling and chipping. I contacted Ray Garcia Several times and he assured me he would send his guys to come fix. He is a FRAUD and a LIAR. I have sent numerous text, emails & calls for the past 2 months and now he is completely ignoring me. He constantly gave me the run around and now I am out 15K. He lied about contacting the warehouse to file a claim when I contacted him 2 months ago only to call the warehouse myself to learn that he NEVER contacted them until almost 2 months later. I also learned his workers are not documented and at the end of the work I also learned that the undocumented man who completed my floors (super nice guy and no fault to him) had his teenage boys working with him. DO NOT TRUST RAY GARCIA W/ THOSE GUYS FLOORING. I tried to give Ray the opportunity to fix the issues in my home but after so many attempts I will be filing multiple claims and leaving reviews so other buyers are not scammed and left with horrible work.

Darryl and Jesus did a wonderful job installing my laminate flooring. They were fast, friendly and professional.

Terrible company. One guy showed up late and went home early EVERY day. Then he quit coming altogether. I had to contact the owner three times for the status of the job and ask when someone was going to finish. I had to move furniture myself after I was told it was included. The owner came by to inspect the work and demanded the final payment before the job was done. And to make matters worse the flooring looks terrible. Some pieces are matte finish while others are shinny. The guys did call me once 80% of the living room was done to tell me. I had no choice but to continue since I had already paid and it was GLUED to the floor. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Work to begin April 5th so cannot comment on the quality of work. Will update after job is complete.

After just a year the tiles in the house started to separate from one another and the entire upstairs flooring has been disintegrated. This company put wood-looking tiles in my entire house (downstairs and upstairs), and I paid them a lot of money with a lifetime warranty in the contract. I called the company over three weeks and talked multiple times with Ray who made me wait in my houses and promised multiple times that he will be there in two hours or they will be on their way to come fix it in a few hours, or sometimes give me excuses, and/or attitudes. We have experienced a lack of professionalism, a lack of honesty, and respect. Their customer service is extremely bad. DO NOT LET THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You will waste your money and regret it later.

You really should remove this company from your group. We had vinyl plank flooring installed in 2016, referred from Home Advisor. A few weeks after installation, we reported to them that some of the planks were pulling apart, further than we thought acceptable. Someone finally came out to look at it and said it was normal. We had several others in the field also look at it, and said that is far from normal. At certain times of the year, some have up to 1/4 inch gap. As time goes on, the floor looks worse and worse. They are pulling away from the wall, leaving ugly cracked caulking, and planks are bubbling up from the floor in every room. Unacceptable. We will be ripping out everything they did and having a professional company, not from Home Advisor, provide us with the beautiful floors we deserve.

Those Guys were the upmost professionals in installing my flooring, Ray, the owner, was attentive and monitored the installation throughout. Jesus and Valentin were so nice and accommodating. They never stopped working and finished in one week. They went above and beyond helping me put the house back in order. Darryl installed, fixed, and painted my baseboards and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with my new flooring. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience, Great value.

We had just bought a new home in September of last year and decide to redo all of the floorings before we moved. Ray the owner met us at the house and gave us a much better quote than others. We had them do the laminate floor in our downstairs and bathrooms upstairs. The work looked great at first. After walking around more we noticed there were several areas where they did not seal/caulk around the baseboards including the downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and entryway. We have contacted Ray the owner several times and no has come out to address the issues and it has been almost a year. As in other posts, I have read we never received an invoice or completion of work paperwork. Poor service by Ray the owner. Would not use his company again nor refer him.

The team at Those Guys Flooring are friendly and courteous. Last April we were on a tight timeline, as we had a short window to get some tiling done. With the pandemic, we did not know if this would be possible. Ray was on time, efficient and very informative. We called them on a Thursday were able to talk with Ray make some quick decisions, scheduled the work for the following Monday. By the following Thursday we had new tile. They moved furniture, removed and disposed of the old carpet and installed awesome tile in our living room and office. Price was competitive, team was courteous, service was fast and the tile looks great. We will be using them again. Thanks Ray.

Ray is very personable and his crews are very friendly. They removed all the tile and carpets in the house and replaced it with vinyl laminate, cut down a kitchen counter, removed the granite, and replaced it with quartz countertops. They got the job done much quicker than we had anticipated. All the workers showed up on time and they had the job completed in a week. Our home has gone from old and outdated looking to extremely beautiful and modern looking.

Ray and his people at Those Guys Flooring are friendly and courteous. They installed carpet in three bedrooms, LVP flooring in the bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and stairs. They installed quartz countertops and a back splash with a remodel of the counter top. It was a bi-level counter and they made it one level. They removed a floor to ceiling corner unit built in entertainment center, re-dry walled and painted two walls and electrical. The project went a few days over schedule but we had no timetable we needed to keep so that was no issue. There were a few minor details we needed corrected and they were all taken care of within four days of completion. We will user them again for future projects they are worth it. Ray you are great. They did a good job installing our vinyl plank flooring.

Ray and Darryl were great! Both of my rooms were done on the same day and they looked great. When I asked about changing the transition strip between the tile and flooring, they made it happen almost immediately without any hiccups. Floors look great and I would definitely use again or recommend to others!

The owner Ray and his workers were excellent. Very professional and friendly. They were quick and did a beautiful job on our floors. Definitely would recommend and will have them do other areas of our home.

They were quick, on time, and did a beautiful job on tiling my whole house. They did have a pile of construction debris left over that I thought they would abandon after they got paid, but they came and got it as soon as they could. I will use them again. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from Ray. As a construction worker myself, I can tell the difference between a salesman promising things and a tradesman committing to things. Those Guys Flooring was exactly what I wanted and needed.

I had a great experience with this company. Ray was very helpful with deciding on the layout and the installers did a great job of pulling it off. I would definitely recommend them.
