Lacey was charming at first and very responsive right up until she got the job. The estimate went from $300 to $465 for a small studio in Burlington. I was paying for my daughters place to be cleaned, as she was injured and unable to. It was a big job, and I acknowledged that. At first, Lacey said she would be there at 8:30 am. That changed to 12:30 pm. There were supposed to be three people for 3 hours. And for the last hour, there were only two because Lacey had to leave to pick her daughter up. Then when she returned, she said she was **puking** and could not finish cleaning. Things have come up missing. Perfectly good food was thrown away, a plant was knocked over and thrown away, dishes are missing, expensive tweezers and deodorant are gone. And heres the worst: prescription drugs are missing. When I kindly asked Lacey about these things, she rudely replied, did not take ownership, and did not offer any form of resolution. Please do not hire Three Ladies Cleaning. I hate having to write this, but I would hate even more for someone else to have a similar experience.

When you initially reached out to me it was an Estimate I had given you for the price of $300 Once we arrived and did the cleaning unfortunately became more. My employees were directed by your daughter To clean? out the fridge? but your daughter did not stay at her apartment while we clean and under Our assumption, the moldy food in the fridge Was not something that could be eaten. When you reached out to me TEN DAYS LATER you complained That we stole deodorant and tweezers and you never said anything about any meds being missing other than in this review. (First time of this being brought to my att."

10/10 recommend Lacey & her team!! I donâ t think my house has ever been cleaner! Both team members were polite & just generally pleasant to interact with. I started with a deep clean & will have them back for regular cleanings moving forward. Donâ t sleep on Three Ladies Cleaning. Hire them now!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Lacey and her team did an awesome job on my apartment! Very thorough and flexible with scheduling. Very happy with the outcome and now I am actually able to live in a previously very dirty home. Would definitely recommend!!

Do not hire this company. They Offered a refund that never arrived after numerous communications promising the refund was in the mail. Do not hire. Once they have your money, it is all lip action.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Lacey showed up exactly on time, and got to work immediately. This was a "deep cleaning" job, and they literally got everything from sun room to windows to floors to toilets to refrigerator to microwave and stove top. They were very pleasant, and remarkably industrious. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, very conscientious house cleaning. (I will probably hire them on an ongoing basis, perhaps once per month.)
