Three Rivers Decks And Porches

I hired them to remove old porch and install a new, My issue is the job is not complete and they are not coming back, I have paid 80 percent of project and it is far from complete.

We saw their booth at builders show in spring. They came out to give an estimate. We paid a deposit and signed a contract to start in June. It is now mid sept we have no deck won t return calls or return our deposit

Horrible experience, if you are thinking about using this company DO NOT. They have been building our deck for five months now when they said it would take 3-4 weeks. They barely ever show up and never return our phone calls. They always come up with excuses as to why they cannot come out/ why they come out so infrequently. Should be called Three Year Decks.

Extremely poor customer service.

Came out a year ago, didn't finish the project. I have consistently tried to get in contact with them and have gotten no response.

I interviewed a lot of contractors before choosing Three Rivers. They were the most customer focused and were by far the most flexible as it related to making custom modifications and customer concessions as it related to the design and build. The quality is the best and the materials and workmanship come with a lifetime warranty. They do not use subcontractors and you will always be working with and talking to either Matt or Joe (owners). I think my deck was a great value and in my opinion, somewhat of a work of art. It certainly is a standout among the other decks in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend that you not select a deck contractor without giving this company a try.

Great quality work at a fair price. Added a covered deck in composite, stayed on schedule. I would highly recommend this contractor.

We used this company to add a deck off our first floor living space. The owner was very involved and made the deck a special space very individualized to our needs. He even added safety features as he went along without charging more. The crew was prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They worked thru the cold and everything. We would definitely use them again!
