Amir is a personable contractor, knowledgeable on what it takes to paint a fence, and does quality work. However, its getting him to show up when he says he will is the real problem. He does not manage his time well causing several delays in work a fence staining project that should taken 2-3 days now is at week plus. If he busy he needs to be honest about it vs. pushing back start times within 3 days. If could work on that he would be great. Additionally, he under estimated the amount of stain he needed this caused further delays. Needless to say I am frustrated and do hope my job gets done soon.

Excuses from day one from the estimate. Gave over 2 months to complete job, but had to fire and replace with a contractor that could finish. House trim was covered in over spray and looked like hell for the last 3 weeks. Sad experience. Amir is a nice guy, but has too many irons in the fire and cannot seem to complete jobs or show up when he says.

Contractor was right on time and ready to work. He is efficient, timely and did very good work. Will hire him next time we need any painting done.

Very happy with the work, and for a reasonable price. My only disappointment is that I couldn't get him to haul away the replaced gutterwork despite repeated promises. I would hire again but would withhold final payment until final cleanup was completed.

Amir was very professional, addressed all of our concerns and then some, had a positive work ethic, and was fun to have on-site. We appreciated his communications and always knew when he would be here as well as what he was working on at each point.

The work was done quickly and very good job. Removed items from the house and put them back when they were finished. Cleaned up around the house before they left. Walked around the house with me and touched up any problem areas. I'm quite please with the work they did and would recommend them to others.

Regret very much paying before work was completed to my satisfaction. Expectation was that this would look like a professional job -- honestly I could have done it myself with much the same result. Very disappointed. Had to beg this guy to come back to "touch up" obvious streaks and misses -- twice -- still not great, but I am just plain worn out -- I will look at my fence as a reminder of why you pay AFTER the work is done.. I would not recommend this guy at all -- very personable, not very professional.

Fast, professional, excellent work and excellent price

I have worked with Three Rivers Construction for over a year and have been very satisfied with their work. The flooring job was done quickly and efficiently and Amir has done handyman jobs for me through the year. I intend to keep hiring them for other jobs that come up as they seem to know everything.

Amir is very personable and very professional. As others have said, he showed up when he said would and he was ready to go to work. He completed the work very quickly and did an excellent job. Given the short notice within which we needed the work done and the quality of the job he did the cost was very fair. Since we still have other rooms to paint, I fully expect we will hire him again.

They are a very professional company. Amir showed up exactly when he said he would, and completed painting my house in the time he said it would take. We even had a last minute color change and he left to take care of it right away and said it was no problem at all. They take pride in their work and it shows.
