I had my roof & gutter project done in March. They started on schedule & completed everything in 3 days. Both the roof & gutter crews were very good & answered any questions we had. The roof & gutters look great & the price was fair. I would recommend this company.

We took our time deciding on a contractor, and spoke with a number of them before hiring Three Tree Roofing. Our consistently positive interactions with them and all their good reviews made our choice clear. They explained the process well, answered all our questions, and installed a beautiful roof in just two days. The crew was on time, efficient, polite, and cleaned up everything as promised. When we found a couple details days afterward that needed attending, they resolved them quickly. It was a a pleasure to work with Three Tree Roofing, and we recommend them highly.

Three Tree Roofing did a great job on our roof. I highly recommend their high quality work and ethical business practices. We knew that we needed to replace the sagging sheets of ply-board on our roof and we wanted the 50 year CertainTeed Presidential shingles. It was important to us to find a certified installer we could trust. After meeting with a lot of roofing companies, we chose Three Tree Roofing because they offered the most value with highest ratings for installation of the type of roofing materials we wanted. The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We purchased some plywood we were going to put in the attic for a floor later and I asked the crew if they could set the boards in our attic while they have the roof open. They were really nice and had no problem putting them in our attic before they closed the roof up again. The roof looks great! We have had the roof long enough to have a couple really good hard western Washington rains and there are no leaks. The ridge vent is working well and not a drop of rain is coming into the attic. We had our gutters replaced by Three Tree too. Our original gutters were larger than our new gutters. There were some areas that the water from the roof was not going directly into the gutters and Three Tree Roofing sent someone out to come and work on the minor tweaks needed to make it perfect. Because our original gutters were so large we never had fascia boards. Three Tree Roofing installed new fascia boards at no charge to help fix the concerns we had about the gutters. It was very important to them to make sure that we were completely happy. I really appreciate that they made sure that our roof and the work they did for us will last for 50 years.

Shopped around a lot, best deal I found and the service was excellent. Have not written one of these before but felt they deserved it. Thorough inspection, fair dealing, good crew with good equipment, nice job cleaning up. Roof looks really nice and they cleaned the gutters spotless!

I hired Three Tree to reroof the apartment building that I manage and ended up so happy that I went with them. The building, which is 111-years old, hadn't had the roof redone in at least 30 years (we estimate closer to 40) and was in dire need of repair, with constant leaks invading the tenants and causing lasting and expensive water damage within several top-floor units. The Three Tree team was professional and communicative, and did a phenomenal job, taking special care to work within the strict aesthetic requirements of updating a historic landmark building. I couldn't recommend them more, and am actually sad that the reroof is now over because that means I likely won't need to call them back again for a long while.
