I can?t say enough good things about Threshold Construction. They installed a beautiful patio and did an outstanding job painting our deck as well as the side and front porches?everything looks fresh, clean, and expertly finished. From start to finish, their communication was prompt and informative, keeping us in the loop at every step and making the whole process easy and stress-free. Their work habits were stellar: they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with real care.
The crew cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day, and once the patio was finished, they went the extra mile by seeding the portion of lawn that was disturbed so it could bounce back quickly. The work was completed at lightning speed without sacrificing quality.

Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy.

Lousy workmanship - too many issues to list. Their customer service is awful. I would not hire these guys to build a doghouse.

They did a fantastic job. Completed our deck, including demo and trash haul of old deck, in 4 days. Very skilled workers and they worked quickly. Sturdy: 6" footiings instead of 4", joists 12" on center instead of 16". I highly recommend them.

We hired Threshold to renovate our kitchen and downstairs bathroom as well as add a dormer for a second bathroom upstairs. From our first meeting with Devyn we knew we would be hiring them for the job. We got such a positive feeling from that first meeting and it carried over throughout the entire process. Anthony, the project manager and his teams were outstanding! They were polite, respectful, hardworking and always cleaned up at the end of the day. This is a team we had complete trust in. I’ve been back in my home for a week and still can’t believe it’s my house. It surpassed my expectations. Thank you Threshold Team for making our home beautiful. I originally asked this company to come out and give me a price on replacing my front walk that was starting to deteriorate. Upon looking at my roof, they asked me a number of questions and it was determined that my roof was the priority. They gave me a price they told me what they would do one over the guarantee and I hired them Their team showed up on time got the work done and the cleanup was amazing
I would definitely recommend this company and think you will also be very satisfied with their service

The sales man for Threshold, Scott Tupper, was very helpful and professional in helping us choose the materials for our project. Anthony, the project manager, was instrumental in coordinating a smooth project. The work was done on time with incredible craftsmanship, by the masons. The work was done in a timely manner and the end result was great! We had replaced stairs in the back of the house as well as having a patio installed. The crews that worked on both projects were true professionals. They made sure we were happy with the work, which we were. They stand behind what they do! I highly recommend Threshold Construction. Our kitchen renovation experience with Threshold was absolutely phenomenal! They transformed our outdated 1956 pink and black kitchen into a stunning, modern grey and white masterpiece. I had initially envisioned white cabinets with white subway tile, but my husband suggested dark grey cabinets with light grey tile, and the result is breathtaking. Their attention to detail exceeded all expectations. One contractor even fixed minor details I wouldn’t have noticed, showing their dedication to perfection.
