In a word, incredible! I received several quotes and Raul with his team at Sequoia Roofing were hands down the best price. Then they showed up on the job. WOW! Every step of the way they went the extra mile. Policing the debris, timely, craftmanship, with a professional demeanor. In less than two days: he had my roof off, new plywood down, facia replaced, and the new shingles installed. I thought I knew what quality roofing looked like, but I was amazed and watching the Sequoia team I am confident in the job and product that was installed.

After checking this business on the Washington LNI website, I hired WA. Sequoia Roofing and Siding to reside my entire house. Raul and his team at Washington Sequoia Roofing and Siding are impressive. Started with tear-off on Wednesday and finished the siding 10 days later. After I paint, Raul will have new gutters installed. If you have any doubts about work ethic, product knowledge or time use, please lay those to rest. Raul was attentive and kind. He is smart and runs a great crew (Rene, Norma, Aaron and Jafet) began when they said they would and worked solid 8-10 hour days. When the job was done, Raul himself came and cleaned the yard, raked gardens and took the garbage away. I won't call another roofer to install a new roof in a few years, I'll call Raul at Washington Sequoia roofing and siding, a family owned business.

Got a high quality roof replacement at a great price. Work was prompt, fast, and very well done. Great attention to detail, covering fascia ends, lining roof valleys with metal to protect from water runoff, and more. Really happy with the job well done.

Washington Sequoia roofing did an excellent job by changing the roof of my house, but not just that they save me thousands of dollars since the walls (that I was told, needed to be change) were in good condition so there was no need to change them after all. Iâ ve been planning to change the roof due to small water damage. I have gotten multiples bid and got frustrated since Iâ m a female that doesnâ t know much about roofing or how to fix it. These guys did excellent work. They installed a pvc roof with 4-inch foam insulation underneath on my flat roof home in Seattle. And they did it for much less than the 2 or 3 other contractors I got bids from. Would definitely recommend.

We used Allied Roofing for a roof replacement of our single story detached home. They was great to work with, from start to finish. We received a bid and written contract promptly after we requested one. We chose Allied out of all the different roofing services who came out to give us estimates because they were the most responsive and communicative. Raul and his crew were professional, courteous, and very thorough about cleaning up the debris from the job (which was much appreciated since our neighbors' houses are pretty close to our property. They worked efficiently and quickly, and finished the job sooner than expected. We were impressed with the quality of their work, as were our neighbors who could see our roof from their property. Many of them are planning to reach out to Allied Roofing for their own home projects. We highly recommend them.

I was in town for only a week to get some renovations and repairs done to my home. The customer service was great...I called for an estimate on Thursday and Eliesio came out and project was done on Saturday. Men were great, work was completed in a timely manner, and roof was repaired. The men also cleaned up nicely...as if they weren't there. I highly recommend this company. Allied came recommended by a builder friend who uses them on his projects. They were prompt on all of our interactions from coming out to do the bid through the follow-up visit. The crew left the site clean at the end of the job. Overall we're happy with the work and would hire them again.

Overall, I'm pleased with the job Allied did. They provided by far the most complete bid of the contractors I contacted. The work appears to be good (it's hard to know if you're not a roofer) and the price was very fair. The team that did the work and the follow up was very good, but I did have some communications challenges with the administrative side. All in all, it went fine and I'm happy with the finished product. Definitely would recommend.

This is the 2nd roof replacement project I gave to Allied. The estimate process was very pleasant. The bid is competitive and Maria quickly scheduled a job for 2 weeks which is very fast for the busy season. Four crew worked hard for two days and everything is very fine. The process is very pleasant and all staff are professional.

They were responsive. They provided a quick and detailed bid. They got it scheduled quickly (within a week) and completed the work on time. They worked directly with the on-site property manager. On site staff and tenants provided positive feedback. Price beat all other bids received for similar work.

They were very responsive, we haven't actually done the roof yet - we are putting a 50% down this week and then scheduling from there. Lets face it ... getting a roof done is expensive, no way around it. But so far they have been great and the price was better than the other 3 companies that came out plus part of the warranty is transferable when the house is sold. A nice perk!! Thanks Allied.
