Aced It! Cooling & Heating

We recently moved into a new home in the Murrieta area, and our air-conditioning system is very loud and uses way too much energy. Our first bill was over $700!!! We had a couple companies come out to look at it to make sure everything was operating properly, and also give us some options on replacement with something more efficient. Of the technicians that came out to our home, Julian from Aced It Cooling & Heating was by far head and shoulder better than the other companies that came out. He punctual, and on time, the company alerted us and let us know exactly when and who was coming to our home, and he was able to inspect everything and explain everything in much more detailed than the other companies. He was very friendly and knowledgeable too, and promised to follow up with us in a few weeks to make sure everything was still good. We would highly recommend Aced It for all of your air-conditioning needs, and make sure you ask for Julian. He’s the best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Aced It! My AC stopped blowing cold air, and Daniel came out to diagnose the problem. He discovered a leaking evaporator coil and took the time to explain my options, including attempting to seal the leak, replacing the coil, or replacing the entire unit since it was older. I appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. After initially trying to seal the leak, I decided to replace the coil for a more permanent solution. Caleb was very accommodating and arranged to have the work done the very next day, even though it was a Saturday. Edgar arrived right on time and worked diligently throughout the day, removing the old coil, installing the replacement, and pressure-testing the system to make sure everything was working properly. I was impressed by the entire team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate my schedule. Daniel, Caleb, and Edgar all did an excellent job! Aced It! truly earned my five stars. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or replacement. Thank you for a job well done!

Alex from Ace was able to help me install the ionizer with a reasonable price. He arrived on time, handle the project carefully and promptly. He also shared the tricks to use & maintain the device, which I greatly appreciate. I would come back to Ace for future furnace/HVAC project.

After contacting several HVAC service companies that never responded to my inquiries, I was impressed that Aced It! answered my inquiry within 5 minutes. They were so professional in answering all my questions regarding servicing our commercial A/C unit and gave me an appointment right away. Alex, the technician that came out the very next day, was on time, courteous, and professional. He reviewed the checklist with me after his inspection, and gave me a quote for the repairs that may be needed in the near future. During our initial call, I did not have much information to give them about our unit so Alex did not have replacement filters in the right size when he came to the office. Instead of putting me off for another day, he drove 20 minutes to the supplier to pick the filters up and came back to complete the job. After experiencing that kind of customer service, we signed up for a service plan with them right away. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and I am happy to recommend them.
