Alex from Ace was able to help me install the ionizer with a reasonable price. He arrived on time, handle the project carefully and promptly. He also shared the tricks to use & maintain the device, which I greatly appreciate. I would come back to Ace for future furnace/HVAC project.

After contacting several HVAC service companies that never responded to my inquiries, I was impressed that Aced It! answered my inquiry within 5 minutes. They were so professional in answering all my questions regarding servicing our commercial A/C unit and gave me an appointment right away. Alex, the technician that came out the very next day, was on time, courteous, and professional. He reviewed the checklist with me after his inspection, and gave me a quote for the repairs that may be needed in the near future. During our initial call, I did not have much information to give them about our unit so Alex did not have replacement filters in the right size when he came to the office. Instead of putting me off for another day, he drove 20 minutes to the supplier to pick the filters up and came back to complete the job. After experiencing that kind of customer service, we signed up for a service plan with them right away. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and I am happy to recommend them.
